In the comics, Onslaught is the physical manifestation of the evil of Professor X and Magneto. In addition, Onslaught also has access to the powers of Franklin Richards and X-Man. He also somehow managed to take control of the Sentinels. This is the reason why, in the game, Onslaught is able to control the minds of other fighters (Prof. X's ability), use some of Magneto's special attacks (Hyper Grav, Magnetic Shockwave, Magnetic Tempest), and use Sentinels as tag partners.
Fuck i love it how Onslaught just levitates there in the background with his arms folded allowing his comrade to fight. He looks so badass in that stance especially with that electricity pulse sphere or whatever it is on the left side of his helm. OUTSTANDING
Onslaught owned every single 2d fighting game ever in the MvC series. Abyss was so easy as fuck...even a beginner could beat Abyss in the arcade. Onslaught actually took a pro to beat. If they ever made a Cyber Shin Akuma and he and Onslaught faced off....I would think they'd be too tired to fight each other LOL

megaman/roll to dodge first forms"cyclop"max move(the long laser)psyclocke+charged attack at corner...i normally use ryu+megman/war machine,etc so i'm still not sure what other combos r good lol
But I thought CS version of MvC was 1-vs-1 fights being similar to X-Men COTA and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, but with strikers (choice of special partners or hero partners)
Ugh, I remember him being a bitch to beat. I think I was finally able to beat him with Megaman and Megaman only... Maybe once with Jin, my favorite. I think I just got lucky. xD I always heard him say, "Your freedom is dead." Argued with my friend about that one forever. >.>
CARNAGE CHEAT!!!!!!!!!IT SAYS VENOM BUT WHEN U USE HIM HE MOVES TO FAST FOR NORMAL VENOM At the character selection screen, highlight Chun-Li, then press Right, Down(4), Left, Up(4), Right(2), Down(2), Left(2), Down(2), Right(2), Up(4), Left(2), Up. Red Venom will appear above Chun Li.
Man, whoever was playing this fight was (no offense) not very good at all. This fight was REALLY easy if you just get his rhythm down. The player attacked waaaaaaaaaay too much; beating Onslaught is all about patience. Block until he's just sitting there doing his stance, then hit him with a combo -- I found that Ryu's air Shinkuu Hadouken or War Machine's Proton Cannon work VERY well. Lather, rinse, repeat, even for his second form.
@kiltsonfire164 you're kidding right? what about the bitch of zero and igniz, they were bosses, no rugal he is overrated, i like to think that the hardest boss in video games (video games os fight of couse) is goenitz, my opinion
Whoever is playing sucks. You're supposed to play defensively against this guy. Let him come to you and use his openings after moves to attack. Good vid though, it shows off how awesome of a villain Onslaught is.
