@@BIGCHIEFR.The first ghost rider movie with Nicolas cage ghost rider met the first ghost rider at a cemetery and when there riding there skull forms manifested at the same time so watch the first ghost rider moive and see for yourself

I guess Johnny Blaze's spirit is called Zarathos and is often known to be the most powerful. The one Robbie has is called Eli Morrow.
@SpiralOfWhite In this case though Johnny has given up being the Ghost Rider after passing the burden on to Robby and losing his love. He's now just a hollow man who's lost a lot but still rides for his own vengeance.
What I love is the continued deference to Johnny. Johnny is my favorite trope, someone who's been through it, gave up ultimate power, and is now just some old guy with a bag of tricks. He's not the big hitter he once was, but if you come after him with the powers *he* already mastered, then you're in for a bad time.

@B W For some reason when they retire characters they have to diminish them to prop up the new heroes and it always just pisses everyone off. Saints Row and basically every hero turned mentor story ever
Hollywood is jealous of the comic worlds. They can't hang. They have to make everything dopey. 🤡 They are scared of the Rock, and Shazam is a flat out joke. I will say goodbye to Chris Pratt and Batista, and the rest of them. Otherwise I will completely ignore Marvel Movies. Where The Fuck is Zack Snyder?! And how I miss Nicholas Cage as The Ghost Rider. Only Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman can save Marvel now!
Really hope if/when Marvel decides to do remakes or something of Ghost Rider or revive it, they’ll hire Nic again to play the role, it was one of the only roles he’s ever had where he was super passionate and loved playing. Hell, he did crap he didn’t even need to do and went through lengths to make sure he did it right.
He actually has a Ghost Rider since before he ever played the role. He's a Marvel fan. He took the name Cage after Marvel's Luke Cage. I never liked Johnny Blaze until the Ghost Rider movies. Nicholas Cage was great but he was let down by the disappointingly bad villains.

@@Philtheslo should've been Hell's Racer or something like that, Ghost Rider from what I remember is those possessed by Zarathos. When ppl hear Ghost Rider they thinking a Flaming Skull Chain wielding biker, not this Robbie Reyes' version.

I don't think people understand how powerful ghost rider is, he can take out the x-team if he wanted to, he is so powerful he also can't be killed cos he is the embodiment of death
In a parallel universe, somewhere out there exists a ghost rider who rides a tractor, a ghost rider who rides a bumper car, and a ghost rider who rides a unicycle. Let that sink in.
Why do people not like Robbie? The comic art for his first run is unique and cool as hell. And I think his design works best in that original art style. I really like the direction they took with his design, it’s easily discernible from the other riders. And he has a different spirit possessing him. He’s a whole different cat from Johnny Blaze.
@@OpinionParade I would argue that he is definitely iconic, as his design is recognizable immediately. I would even say that the other riders could be easily confused design wise, if one isn’t paying attention. Also let’s not pretend like the charger wasn’t a rad ass, and dare I say, iconic inclusion. Johnny has decades of stories, so it’s easy to look at him like he’s objectively better, and I’m sure many of his stories could top many of Robbie’s, but that doesn’t mean he’s a bad character, just that Robbie’s had some bad writers. I get not wanting them to replace Johnny, but he’s been replaced before, and people loved Ketch. i don’t feel like he was necessarily designed to all out “replace” Blaze either, but to be another in the line of spirit possessed riders. I think people lump Robbie in with the other new more inclusive marvel legacy characters and just decide he’s not as good as the og, I just think he has (or had) different character potential than Johnny, and I find that cool.
@@muldaeroththemurdermage4576 I don't think Robbie's look is iconic at all. I kind of hate the look. The Charger on the other hand, yeah that's cool. I don't read comics anymore so all I really have to go by are videos like this and his appearance on Agent's of Shield which from what I understand isn't like the Robbie in the comics, that the Robbie in the comics isn't a true ghost rider. From my understanding of comments made in videos like this he's possessed but not by a spirit of vengeance. As for him not being a DEI character are you sure about that? It's been going on much longer than people realize. I'm pretty sure he's just one of the earlier attempts at such characters. It literally took years before a lot of people caught on to what was happening with all the DEI crap and it wasn't until 2016 that it started getting blatant. At least he's not a direct replacement like they did to some characters, that alone puts him a step or two above some of the crap they've done since then.
Just doesn’t have the juice to me just like Johnny blaze or carter slade did. Not terrible in my opinion just not my favorite really just made it kind of mid. Also I don’t like the 2099 kind of look I prefer both the old ones that fit the rider character better definitely unique but not iconic. To be honest the look just makes him look like another superhero in a suit not a spirit of vengeance which was a different look for both Johnny and carter but also he isn’t a spirit of vengeance, which also defeats the whole character

I personally prefer the first Ghost Rider Carter Slade i love that he’s a outlaw and how bad ass he looks with his duster jacket, flaming skulll and flaming horse but that’s just me

@@ragingwanderer7422 100% Agree! Danny is my favorite Ghost Rider so just seeing his kick ass design in the game fills me with joy. He's the Wally West of the Ghost Rider's. Brought most things we associate with being iconic around the hero, but mostly forgotten by the world. He was the first to sport the spiked biker look, the first to use the mystical chain and even the first to introduce us to the Penance Stare!

"You cannot flee destiny. You cannot hide from me!" All of a sudden, "Die Very Rough" by Mario Judah starts playing in the background and Robbie's enemies are wondering why they're hearing a boss battle theme.
Nick cage was johnny blaze, robbie Reyes is a different hell rider. Blaze is the one they connect to who calls robbie "sparky." Johnny also rides a motorcycle and robbie has a muscle car. Robbie is an entirely different spirit of vengeance, and there are actually several hell riders, but johnny was the original.
No way would I want to be a denizen of HELL. Robbie will forever trapped in Hell except when he’s doing the devil’s bidding. Robbie will never know peace or happiness.
It not the Spirt of Vengeance that power the previous Ghost Riders. This Ghost Rider is actual powered by a demon, so their transformation look different.
@@UnstoppableGiant Well the Demon is Evil unlike the Spirt of Vengeance who is good. To me I thought he look more like a Kamen Rider, maybe design to appeal kids or asian culture. Also China sort of have a rule that they can't show skeleton. So it maybe so they can get it into the chinese market.
I like how they switch up Robbie enough from Johnny to be his own character but people will still find a way to complain about it “oh but I prefer the skull head ” like wtf! who asked?… there is absolutely no way to please everyone. Damned if you do, damned if don’t
Eh the being it's self is cool Robbie not so much and technically not a Ghost rider like how those "hulks" who don't use their anger aren't hulks not in the truest definition
I still think Robbie is the best of the Ghost Riders, especially his original series. Even if the muscle car is out of place next to all the other motorcycles, he had one of the best dynamics trying to limit his victims and bargaining with the spirit make him and the spirit more interesting,
