For the pastry:
Plain flour - 175 grams/6 oz
Cold butter - 100 grams/3½ oz
Icing sugar - 25 grams/1 oz
Egg yolk - 1
For the filling:
Eggs - 4
Double cream - 100 ml/ 3½ fl oz
Caster sugar - 150 grams/ 5½ oz
Lemon juice of 3 lemons
Lemon Zest of 3 lemons
Icing sugar, for dusting
For the decoration:
Plain chocolate - 100 grams/3½ oz
