Mary Magdalene Author of the 4th Gospel 

This research presents the evidence that the author of the fourth gospel could not have been John and was almost certainly Mary Magdalene. It considers the patriarchal language of the time which defaulted to masculine for unidentified people, and the society and early church fathers who would not accept the witness of women. It also investigates the symbology of 'seven cast out demons' and the possibility that Mary Magdalene was the unnamed sister of Andrew and Peter.
