You're video is awesome and so touching. Poor child... she had to suffer most. Not being allowed to see your own mother seems too cruel to me.

I cried in 0:47, when Henry bows to Mary. The scene was so touching. How could he have declared her a bastard and made her wait on the infant Elizabeth?

I know that she killed a lot of people during her rein, but I always felt sorry for Mary, her life was always full of hurt and betrayal and I really think that she believed she was doing the right thing when she killed all those Protestants. I'm not saying she was right to do it, she wasn't, but I admire her for always staying strong and true to her beliefs. If anyone is interested, I just read a really good book about Mary, it's called Mary, Bloody Mary by Carolyn Meyer- it's really good! :)

@Alocinlegna74 I understand where your coming from, but Mary was a loving Sister to Elizabeth they both had a great relationship an they both loved it each other. it wasn't until Mary was Queen, an the plots to dethrone her (Lady Jane Grey) as well as the Fact Marys husband 'some' historiains say had a Fascination with Elizabeth. But it was ultimately the plots, that caused the fractuered relationship between Mary & Elizabeth. Mary MADE Elizabeth the Queen of England in her death an last will!

I can't believe I haven't commented on this before! It's amazing and so heartfelt, I love it! Although I've never been keen on Jane Seymour, she brought Mary back to her father (and Elizabeth) and I'm so glad she did. Sarah Bolger is amazing as Mary!! Well done, 5 stars & favourited! :D Xx

As I said before this video was intended to show what it may have been like for a young girl to be abandon by her father. The tribute is to Mary as she was before the strain of ruling a divided nation. It was intended to convey an emotional message, one f strength, perseverance and determination. Anyone who has suffered a loss in their life can understand these feelings as they carry on with life. Please do not turn this comment page into a debate about what is in the past.

Seriously? It was almost 500 years ago, and you may have read some books (hopefully) but that doesn't mean you know her. Besides, everything that happened, happened because of Henry VIII and no one else. Blame him if you blame anyone.

I am very well versed in history. In her later life Mary did kill many people. However if you compare Mary's killing spree to her father's you will find that she comes up short. I find it ironic that when a man orders the deaths of many it is hardly mentioned, but when a women does the same she is crucified (talk about double standard). This video was created as a tribute to Mary when she was young as she struggled with the changes and hardships she was forced to endure.

She had people executed too as most tudors, kings an Queens did that Mary could of had Elizabeth Executed but she loved her too much, she let her live. I dont think that this story change the history of the one who was called "Bloody Mary". She had many reasons to became that way. I only understand the human feelings, she had a cruel father, she was separated from his mother. And her country changed their religion only for a slotwoman like ana bolena. Lol Anne wasn't that much of a good woman as many claimed, don't judge her by her child's greatness or by the hollywood movies you've seen about her plus both Mary and Elizabeth tried to build what their father had destroyed, one failed and another didn't, point. But if you're to judge either of the sisters you better stop cause neither of them was better than the other, especially when it came to killing innocent people.
