Maryland Firearm season is underway and Derek has the gut feeling he needed to check out a spot he had not been in yet. He is able to find some sign in the dark and get into a decent set up in the dark with good sign including a fresh wallow in the dark. While the morning started out with only action from some black ducks, Derek lets out a bugle to establish his presence when this stag takes exception to it.
