@@MrGodofcar yes of course, since the leverage is better by the logic of levers. shorter levers will need less effort to apply force than longer levers, and thus is more durable and stronger
@@roshan7c356 Except most of the best deadlifters have relatively long legs. Not extremely long, but relatively long. Long femurs, long arms, and a short torso is optimal.
its not even about fanboying...if you knew how a deadlift and squat work you have WAY more power and leverage when you are 75% extended at your legs as opposed to when your in the "hole". This guy is much shorter than devon he has a clear advantage based on the leverage of his extension. Devon is literally ATG...he's literally pulling the equivalent of the weight all the way down. Obviously the other guy is gonna win.
