Hi .thank you amy. I just cooked the prawn kam heong recepi. Its turn well and awesome taste.i always buy prawns to cook petai sambal , due my husband ask for variety . 1st time i tried your recepi and only i can say is its superb.

Vimall Subramaniam As for this dish u can either use prawns or crabs. U can try if u want but I think the taste of the chicken will be a slight change as ingredients Is for seafood

Ma Hija For this prawns dish i did not use any corn flour... best is with prawns coz the sweetness of the prawns compliments with the rest of the ingredients
Very nice I tried the recipe enak kali I think the next time I will omit the curry powder and add in chilli paste, basically orang2 Indo tidak suka curry India , saya nih orang Filipino dari Singapore tetapi Isteri saya orang Indonesia, udang lagi murah di Indo and this recipe goes well with beer.......cheers
