Masala Dosa Written Recipe:
Ingredients:
Broken rice ½ kg
White lentils 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Ingredients for Masala Potato:
Potato ½ kg
Onion 300 grams
Green chilies 8 to 10
Coriander 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 1 stem
Salt to taste
Turmeric ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Method:
For masala dosa, soak broken rice, mash dal and fenugreek seeds overnight. Then next day blend it with little water to make a fine paste and keep it aside. For masala potato, boil the chopped potatoes and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and add rai and bay leaf and fry it a little. Then add onion, salt, turmeric, red chili powder and green chilies and fry a little. When the spices are cooked well, mash the potatoes with green coriander to make a paste to apply on the dosa.
Green Coconut Chutney Written Recipe:
Ingredients:
Dry coconut 100 grams
Roasted chickpeas 10 grams
Garlic 15 grams
Ginger 15 grams
Tamarind pulp 15 grams
Salt to taste
Green chilies 6 to 8
Curry leaves 1 stem
Coriander ½ bunch
Ingredients for tarka :
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Curry leaves 1 stem
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Method:
To make green coconut chutney, blend all the ingredients in a blender. When it becomes thin, apply tarka to it. To apply tarka , heat cooking oil and add curry leaves and rye to it.
