Masala Dosa Written Recipe:
Ingredients:
Broken rice ½ kg
White lentils 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Ingredients for Masala Potato:
Potato ½ kg
Onion 300 grams
Green chilies 8 to 10
Coriander 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 1 stem
Salt to taste
Turmeric ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Method:
For masala dosa, soak broken rice, mash dal and fenugreek seeds overnight. Then next day blend it with little water to make a fine paste and keep it aside. For masala potato, boil the chopped potatoes and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and add rai and bay leaf and fry it a little. Then add onion, salt, turmeric, red chili powder and green chilies and fry a little. When the spices are cooked well, mash the potatoes with green coriander to make a paste to apply on the dosa.
Green Coconut Chutney Written Recipe:
Ingredients:
Dry coconut 100 grams
Roasted chickpeas 10 grams
Garlic 15 grams
Ginger 15 grams
Tamarind pulp 15 grams
Salt to taste
Green chilies 6 to 8
Curry leaves 1 stem
Coriander ½ bunch
Ingredients for tarka :
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Curry leaves 1 stem
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Method:
To make green coconut chutney, blend all the ingredients in a blender. When it becomes thin, apply tarka to it. To apply tarka , heat cooking oil and add curry leaves and rye to it.

Authentic recipe is 4 cups of rice and one cup urad dal and one teaspoon fenugreek seeds soak 4 to 5 hours and grind to fine paste..cover and rest for 10 to 12 hours at room temperature your dosa batter is ready to make..

Most important is the temperature of tawa..first you have to heat the tawa and then wipe with wet cloth and immediately pour the batter and spread..each time repeat the same procedure for every dosa..

Salam aapa how r you ,,you said you like crispy Dosa for the v need to add some amount of cooked rice of a day bfor along with 1 glass of kaccha chawal n half glass of urad daal aur thoda metidana over night bhiga do ,,suba me pees lo aur Kuch ghante ferment kerne Rakh do methi Dana se Acha ferment honga aur cooked rice se crispy insha'Allah I am from Bangalore India 😊 stay blessed aapa thanks for all the amazing recipes iltemase dua ❤

This show was flop Coconut chutney was ok Sambar looks like mix veg curry. Sambar is not complet without drumsticks. Dosa recipe was wrong and the batter was not formented. There are so many tamilans in Karachi, you should have invited one of them.

Actually, Masala dosas, chutney and Sambar are dishes of South India namely Karnataka and Tamil Nadu not Mumbai.
