Was that yogurt you added to the frying herbs and spices last? It's not shown in the ingredients list. I have grown methi here in Coastal California for several years. It does not grow quickly. Perhaps it prefers a hot summer climate? The one recipe I have is Methi Aloo, so thank you for this additional one. I'll try it soon.
