Hi Smita - simply love your recipes that I try often and love your utensils that you use as well….have gotten me into using cast iron kadhai etc and simply love the food cooked in them- are you using a brass kadhai in this recipe? And do we need to do a procedure often on the insides of the brass kadhai which coats the kadhai with a tin material. Thinking of re-using our old brass kadhais but not sure of its effectiveness…
