When I was younger, we would dive for lobsters and catch about 8-10 of them. We would then build a fire on the beach from driftwood and after it burned down to somewhat coals, we would throw seaweed on top and the lobsters on top of that. We ended up with somewhat steamed, somewhat grilled lobsters…best of both worlds!
Quite a visibility change from day to night on the lava. I am surprised that it can stay liquid for years without crusting over. Is that 90 days per country or 90 days for all four? You probably passed Itchy Boots on her trip north to Alaska from Ecuador. Mui chèvre. Buena suerte amigos!

In this case, I think steamed were better, but that's because we couldn't have an open fire for grilling in the national park... they were sort of pan-fried. But I think that grilled on an open fire would be awesome!
