This cutting paper machine is extremely dangerous, i use a sweden made machine and it has light hands free operation for security and the steel knife never cut until two hand operator is out of the machine
I also work with a paper cutting machine but to cut I have to press two buttons at the same time so that they cut with hands in the machine does not work this is very dangerous and forbidden in our country
This is just stupid, to work like this. Even knives made in 70 s and 80 s have light or sensor barriers, and even if they dont have them, there is allways 2 buttons to be pressed and hold at same time. They probably have one button allways pressed.
ive worked in several print shops and Bindery was my favorite department. i did pre and post bindery work and absolutely loved it. using the different machines is so much fun.
most of the cutting machines will cut only with two switches/buttons on each side, which are pulled/pressed with both hands at the same time. the machine from video is not safe for work and will cause injuries
Wow! That was super! Till the final stage where the spirals are clipped on, any heavy movement or a gust of wind would completely mix up all those neatly organised stacks of cover and pages! Looks straightforward but I understand there is a lot care and caution at all stages 👌👌👌
첫번째 절삭과정에서 작업자분 손이 굉장히 위험해보이는 순간이 있네요. 책을 누를 수 있는 별도의 지그같은게 있으면 좋겠지만 작업의 효율이 떨어지거나 불편하다면 손등쪽에 약간 두께감이 있고 가벼운 소재의 판과 비슷한 느낌의 뭔가를 달아서 종이를 누를 수도 있고 손과 종이간의 물리적 거리를 확보하는 것이 최소한의 안전을위해 좋아보입니다.
not if you pay attention to what you are doing. thats the problem with modern society...too much safety and it takes away the persons attention because them become Too reliant on the equipment being filled with 10,000 pieces of safety systems for them just to touch it.
why? manual labor is what needs to come back instead of relying on machines do to everything for you. if machines can do everything, then why would they need humans?
