Wednesday, March 18, 2020 - We decided to travel around the world to Japan - the birth country of one of my sous chefs Takahiko Kondo. We created a Japanese inspired soup and added a couple of delicious ingredients sent from our dear friend Wicky Priyan - chef at Wicky's Innovative Japanese Cuisine in Milan. YUM!
Mercoledì 18 Marzo 2020 - Abbiamo deciso di girare il mondo e fermarci in Giappone. É un paese che da sempre esporta ispirazione, sapori e colori - è anche il paese natale di uno dei miei sous chef, Takahiko Kondo. Partendo da una base giapponese, abbiamo aggiunto alcuni ingredienti spediti dal mio caro amico Wicky Priyan - chef a Wicky's Innovative Japanese Cuisine a Milano. Buon Appetito!

Im an indian from mangalore on the coast..a gauda saraswat brahman..our konkani has that italian thing..like a friend of mine was talking to his family in india over the phone in germany..after the call they asked him why he was angry n argumentative and loud over the phone...nooooo...thats how we talk normally..i think we have it common wth Italians..and words that hang out gaping at the end. We do that too❤..im a huge fan of massimo..i just respect that passion. And devotion to what he does and does it so naturally fundamentally like as if he was tslking in 10k bc when the vedas were written...so much in touch with the human signature..way before agriculture or industrialisation ..keep rocking ..i love how happy yu are with your own self.. n thats so beautiful and few ppl can be that way...

Mi piace l'idea e la naturalità con cui, chef, lei usa pezzi di carne cotti nel ristorante più grande del mondo e ne parla come se tutti noi avessimo le stesse cose nei nostri frighi. Vi adoro, per me dopo la Ferrari è Lei l'altro orgoglio di noi italiani
