I can't sleep so I'm watching cleaning videos to get me ready to clean tomorrow on my second day off this week. And it was great coming across this because I really want/need to organize my bathroom. And I've been wanting to maybe start making videos to help hold me accountable because I'll get a start on things then I just give up. But these kind of videos are inspiring. Tip: put contact paper (I don’t adhere it to the drawers .. just lay them in the drawer), placemats or some type of liner in the drawers. Easier to clean!!!

I have my main bathroom organized but the tiny master bath is a work in progress! This did give me ALOT of motivation to get it finished ASAP. As far as ppl who say you don't declutter enough... well, they don't live there so ignore them! You are doing wonderful Girl!

I love the Bino bins from HomeGoods. I use them in my refrigerator crisper drawers as well and for snack/protein bars in my cabinet.

This is definitely getting me motivated to declutter and organize my bathroom. Heck I want to to my whole house. I always look forward to your motivation and talks. 🥰 I am so excited for you new channel!😁

My bathroom is organized, but I love watching others progress

I do the same thing when I start to declutter. I don’t want to stop to go to the store for organizers. Sometimes I find something I already have to organize with: bins, baskets, tubs ... if not or I may think of something better to use, I’ll make I note to shop the next time I go to the store. I recently heard a lady say decluttering is a constant step in organizing and cleaning. So true!

I totally feel you on the toothpastes. I finally banned myself from opening any new toothpastes until the others were finished. I cut off the very ends and scooped it out on my toothbrush and there was a ton of toothpaste in there even after I thought I had squeezed it all out the right way! Kept it shut with a clothes pin. I managed to get through all the half used toothpastes. it was astounding how much is still left in there when you think its empty.

Love that this is a realistic video. I totally organize the same way and rotate organizing bins. I totally get in the zone! And you are not the only one with toothpaste. I probably have ten in my drawer right now. About to start a new declutter in the bathroom. This was motivating

I recently reorganized my master bath. It came out great. I know where everything is and so does my husband!! Your bathroom came out great, too. Love it and you!!

Love the Cricut! I have an explore air 2. I've made labels for school supplies, personalized cups, family reunion t-shirts, car decals, etc. A tip would be buy transfer tape of Amazon its cheaper you can also buy your vinyl there if you have a cutting mat. Also if you don't use the entire piece of vinyl you are working with trim the excess off before peeling and save for a smaller project later.

I know its wrong to comment mid-video but while its in my head - I use a white planter (plant pot) for my hair tools, which makes them stand vertically in my lower cabinet and saves So Much Space! Shorter items go in the back of the cabinet - I love love love those stackable Target bins btw, I have them in my bathroom and kitchen - and I put extra toothpaste, deodorants, bars of soap in the stackable Target bins in the back of the cabinet. Just figured I would drop this here in case its useful to anyone else :)

hi we are in the middle of two bathrooms rebuilds and they have taken both back to the brickwork , but one is going to be a spa bathroom with a jacuzzi and a power shower and lots of cupboards that one is taking the longest ! but both are are causing mayhem ! but we wanted them so its our wish so its a matter of just knuckling down and waiting ! we are into the forth week ! but love your efforts my love liz from UK 🇬🇧 x

Hi Michelle. I am organizing my bathroom today and that's exactly what I do too and I agree with you- I am throwing out a lot of products but I am not throwing away everything LOL. If a product is not finished and still a bit left but is not expired, I am keeping it . And as you said this a decluttering project not a minimalism project. It looks great what you did there. Actually, the Bump It was something you put in the top back of your hair to "bump it up" & give more volume. The thing you have is a donut bun maker where you make a pony however, high or low you want - but usually a bit higher and then wrap or roll your hair around it to create a perfect neat bun! People used to cut the foot part off a sock & roll up the ankle part for a diy bunmaker! Lol! As far as your declutter & organize journey - of course everyone's is different - we all have different needs etc. And I find once you do the initial go thru everything - then as time goes by you are able to go back to certain areas & possibly let go of more (not in trying to be a minimalist) but just it's easier to see what you actually use & don't use. And then since you've already done the initial go thru it's so much easier the next time around...... Good for you for taking the initiative & getting it done! No easy tasks with 2 littles around! I completely agree that it is truly more about a mindset than a Pinterest worthy home. Truth is once you begin the journey getting the aesthetics to your liking becomes easier. It is truly a great way to get to know yourself better as well ♥

hi we are having two new bathrooms both are being taken back to the brickwork its a nightmare ! but both are going to be spa rooms with jacuzzi baths and separate power showers , and numerous cabinets , so we are midway but its strip washes at the moment ! and its awful ! but will be gorgeous when finished but we are four weeks in at the moment ! but never mind ! my love liz xxx

Thanks to watching all you wonderful homemakers on RU-vid, my whole house inside and out are now decluttered and organized. I even decluttered and organized our motor home’s inside. My hubby did the storage area of the RV and his motor home tools. We are going to do the whole garage in 2022. We have done it before, but we are still going to tweak a few areas in it. The biggest job will be my husband’s workbench, a couple of his tool closets, and bicycle workshop and area.

In your youtube tutorials i suggest you tell people how to deal with negative nancys because the way i was raised if you cant say nothing nice don't say nothing at all (no one come for me its a saying i know there are double negatives) and some people should really just say nothing at all!!! Just keep doing what you do for those of us that truly appreciate it!

Here is a suggestion for the toothpaste; I cut mines in half & use the remaining product inside before I open up a new one.

The wires of the devices could be secured with a rubber band or something like that, just instead of being rolled up. They would be less bulky. Your organization was great.

I did this a few months ago. And filled a kitchen bin liner with all the rubbish and old bottles of who knows what. It's crazy what you will find.

It’s your house, you don’t have to get rid of stuff you don’t want to get rid of. You do you girl and focus on making your house functional for you. Anyone that has an issue with that can just zip it lol

I totally get decluttering gradually. I prefer to take multiple passes over time because decluttering is still difficult for me. I dont get how people were expecting you to get rid of tons of stuff on your other video but you clarifyed that you are not a minimalist. I personally would like to move towards simplicity and live more minimally but it will take me a while to get there and thats ok.
