The best part of this showing was how sweet & pleased his wife is & how proud he seems to be of his tiny home on wheels & also of her. Really fun to watch them. I kept thinking how nice it would be to meet them out traveling.

Great energy! They’re like a couple of teenagers that are in love and getting started with their new life. Their motorhome is built like a tank and very nice. They might want to think about getting some type of hand rail on the stairs. Another great video Patrick!

Back in the days when I was in the military we use to drive those Unimogs and Oskosh trucks. They are incredible beasts I did never get stuck not even in mud or sand and believe me I did try thousends of times an No No. They just kept going you just deflate the tires with the CTIS just push couple buttons and there you go. When you done just push the highway set up again and tires inflate back to 70 psi. I love em

That is an amazing vehicle. It looks like a tank. Ready for the any adventure I hope it's not to heavy to go up mountains. To bad it only goes up to 50 miles an hour. 70 miles would of been better. But it's nice either way. I hope it has good mileage. Because of gas prices now it's going to cost you a pretty penny to fill it up

Wow my story is exactly the same, I had no symptoms my Doctor noticed my PSA had risen 1 point in 2 years from 1.4 to 2.4 and as a precaution sent me to a urologist and a 12 sample biopsy revealed at the age of 57 I had prostate cancer . I had a 4 hour surgery no chemo and 18 months later I am still cancer free. A few months after my surgery we bought a bumper pull RV and are currently part time warriors until I can convince the wife otherwise.

That thing is nice. I would hate to own it because it’s too pretty to scratch up. Lol.

Will those radiators heat up that truck in the wintertime remember in Jersey or New York when it's winter you're going to get below zero weather and that truck will be freezing inside so I hope that will work as heating system.. you may be better off getting a blow heater I hate that with a fan push the heat all over the truck inside..

This Unimog looks really well done, but he mentioned wanting to get on a US cell phone system, so if he doesn't know Verizon & Vodafone had a short term partnership a while back. Because of that Verizon converted their mobile phones to be like Vodafone has in use worldwide and a Verizon Tech guy told me they have kept them that way. So anyone can take out their USA sim card and insert a new Vodafone one to use in other countries since the mobile phone tech is exactly the same. So all of that being said they may be able to connect their camper to Verizon's network quite easily, as he said he wants to do. On another note, they may want to buy a portable A/C unit to use once they are in the Southern portion of The USA's west coast and continuing on to the numerous southern countries below The USA as it will get quite hot inside their Unimog. Their trip's route looks like a lot of fun, but I would highly suggest they take a slight detour from the west to go over and see The Grand Canyon and The Painted Desert along with the huge meteor crater in Arizona. All 3 of those are located in Arizona and would only take 3-4 days to really take them in... unless they want to take the Colorado river rafting tour through The Grand Canyon to also see the cave network within The Grand Canyon too. I am not sure if The Meteor Crater still allows for walking tours down steps into it like I went on as a child as NASA is now involved there, but here is a link for it, as well as The Grand Canyon & The Painted Desert too. This is awesome, inside and out. I'd like to know more about the composing toilet, if possible. It seems to be a little different than the ones I've seen. I'd like to know the brand, style i.d., and the dimensions. It looks more stream lined and maybe a little smaller.

I know these are used as emergency and fire Fighting vehicles in Europe, Switzerland especially. I was actually looking for this to convert. They really move man and can go up mountains, over rocks and through mud and snow. I mean you really have to be unfortunate to get stuck with one of these.

Have so much fun!!! We have been touring/ living in our mog for over a year full time. I built the whole thing myself. Partner myself and our cat. Enjoy every moment of it and every single person you come across coming and asking things about it. Haha. I built a slide out deck on the side and a huge custom canvas awning. Doubles the living space completely and gives a nice area to sit outside and cook up off the ground. This build of yours is spectacular! Much higher quality than ours. But I built it all on a huge budget as I’m only 30. But we couldn’t spend another day in traffic going to jobs we just couldn’t have passion for. Enjoy your new much deserved life! Sunday May 29th 2022 you Geraldine and Dan were within an hour of my home. You followed I-90 through Rockford Illinois and I am about 30 miles west near Freeport Illinois. Unfortunately I just seen this video at 6pm and your already at Madison WI. Hope you enjoy your travel through the USA. Scotland and Ireland are two places I would love to visit. Great rig. Similar to the rig the German couple in the caravan park had that I told you about a while ago. Had to laugh at the word Rooter for router. Pretty sure that was the accent coming out. Here we call it router but route we pronounce root. Root is also slang for sex. That is why rooter sounded funny. Just in case people get confused down here. Also I hope they co a little more south in Chile. It’s a magical place.

These are my favorite off-road trucks, period. Though I do like Land Cruisers and Land Rovers too. But the Unimog comes in so many sizes and shapes, and these are the much larger cargo variants. I'd personally prefer to have a much smaller, and older Unimog that I can drive much more recklessly in the woods/mud. Obviously this one is a true RV.

It is a lovely traveling space. Enjoy your trip around America, people are nice and helpful. I have done such trip with my husband, it is a nice adventure. I have not visited all States, territory is large.

Nice people and very interesting vehicle, but ridiculously impractical. The size of the thing is massive which will present various challenges, not the least of which will be the eye popping diesel fuel costs. More power to them if they can get by with no A/C but that’s going to get seriously uncomfortable. They are certainly setting out on an ambitious trek. Best of luck to them.

Gosh I live their windows. Im claustrophobic and I always worry if you get in an accident how would you exit the vehicle. I feel a lot of vans and van lines first don't think about these things. Just slap some 3M security film and keep it pushing.
