My brother if they think what’s happening in Lagos our people are not seeing it then they are lieing, I base in Germany and all my friends that have landed properties in lagos are selling redirecting to south east me included. I relocated my wife both with her business back to Awka two months ago and many of my friends are doing same. Let’s leave there Lagos for them as I believe what we are seeing now is just the beginning so if you have brains you need to start planing on time.
In as much as we have right to invest anywhere in Nigeria, but why do Igbos believe they can only make profit in territories we Ndigbo are hated and feared? Can't we INTENTIONALLY INVEST in ALAIGBO like OBIJACKSON or DR MADUKA are doing in OKIJA and UMUCHUKWU?
The message is clear we should consider investing at home. It is time we tame IPOB and its affiliates who hurts businesses by imposing Mondays sit-at-home. Nobody wants to invest where non- state actors gives orders.
South West of Nigeria is enjoying Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) because the area is relatively peaceful. How many FDI did we receive in the South-East? You didn't, because you allowed non- state actors to run your life. Onitsha died and resurrected in Asaba, thanks to IPOB and its affiliates.
@nwanyaaugustine608 Oga are you new in Nigeria? So you're literally saying that IPOB are the reason why foreign investors don't invest in South East, what are the reasons for Biafra agitation in the first place? So you don't know that the development in Nigeria is being centralised and the Igbos are marginalised. Igbos are being considered as second class citizens in Nigeria.
@@nwanyaaugustine608I am so disheartened to see that this comment is from an Igbo user handler. Akpabio once asked Gowon why the post war civil reconstruction happened in Lagos instead of the old eastern region.
Very sad ,d so called Govt don’t consider anything when it’s connected to an Igbo man…..destroying such biz at the period when unemployment is very high
IGBO are fools money miss road everywhere. You go to another man's land to develop and come back to complain. That 21 store building can sit in ASABA , Owerri, awka Onitsha. Made people everywhere....... This are candy of people that is working against Biafra restoration so live theme let them collect woto woto from Yorubas. Thanks for the update
Is Asaba in the Southeast. Please understand this. In the minds of other Nigerians only people living is the southeast are regarded as lgbos. Many of the lgbo speaking communities in the south south claimed they are not lgbos only few of them can boldly say they are lgbos. Invest within Southeast
@@ikeemmanuel is it me that’s from asaba you will be the one to tell me ,if asaba is south south then onitsha is south south too na, we no be south south, first this one don’t talk say we no be Igbo , you don talk say we be south south , we know who we are , we are Igbo. We no dey drag with anybody.
@Anambra1st son well said. Enough is enough for the wise.Embargo for some of us investing in immovable assets outside our land is now been religiously implemented by my self and friends and we are now concentrating back home, no turning back.
The only way what you are saying is possible is when everyone come together and work for we to achieve Biafra if not you cannot tell Allan Onyema to come home and invest and this brother who invested in Lagos state because it's Nigerian business center so there are two options one, we work together for, Biafra or we stand up and fight our enemies in Nigeria which are Yoruba and fulani. There's no federal capital in Igbo land. Lagos was Abuja is now. So we better fight now If they are destroying our own let's begin to destroy their own that's my own take. We should not be compressed in Nigeria. Nigeria is our country for now. What you do in other countries without problem you do your own country and have problem and they will not let us have own country this is ridiculous and unacceptable.
How many Yorubas and Hausas has such investments in Lagos and Abuja?. Invest in our Igboland, Alex Onyema's business is a transportation company. This thing happening to Igbos happens around the world but the victims are smart, they invest in their region.
I am not against Nnamdi Kanu release. People are calling for his release. But the truth of the matter is that Biafra ended Jan 1970. Hoping for Biafran restoration is pure labour under a delusion. The way forward for Ndigbo politically is to form alliance with other Nigerians and take our sit at the table.
Please don't turn this thread into an ethnic one While our fathers and their fathers viewed life mostly from tribal, ethnic and religious lenses, we mustn't continue such divisiveness It would be foolhardy for the state government to decline negotiating with Landmark to see if alternative routes can be factored into this costal road construction as it send conflicting signals to current & would be investors in Lagos Hopefully oga Paul can reach a consensus with the state government as he purchased the land way before the conception of this road project or be well compensated (which I don't hold much hope for as government won't use prevailing market rates but their own static rate).
Oga shut up, over millions of Igbos lost their businesses and properties in Borno state and other Boko haram likes state. The government didn't do anything to compensate the Igbos or to stop the terrorist, instead they were compensating them and giving them special treatments, thereby calling them Boko haram repented terrorist and giving them allocations and jobs, while the affected Igbos remain in ruins and trauma.
Why are Igbos taken as second class citizens? So Igbos have no right to have their businesses and properties outside their home state, if they are not being destroyed by terrorists, they will be destroyed by governments, why is Nigeria treating us like this? ??
