Hi sashin, yeah it's a pretty hairy spot to fish if your timing is out - especially during spring tides. We normally make sure we are on the point an hour before the dead spring low, and then we fish the incoming and just constantly monitor all the channels behind us. I have another episode on my water adventure playlist where I test my new Assassin rod and at the end you can see how quickly the tide came up, it's dangerous too because of the hectic side wash which pushes straight into the bay.

We also fish cinsta point regularly. What was your experience?

Yes it did, the guy was fishing for shad when it picked him up 😱
