That's as real as it gets, reminds me of the fields I hunt. The Ultra seems to false way less than the Simplex + does, smoother running machine. Thanks for this one!
Thank you for the kind words. The Ultra does false less, but as I mentioned in the video, it does tend to bump up iron targets into that grey area of being disc out and with targets being disc in.
Tough question. The Double Score does not have all of the options that the Ultra has. The Double Score has a nice coil and is more of a simple machine. That would be a tough decision, but I would prob say the Double Score.
Question...The Nokta Simplex Ultra is new technology...How would you compare it to the Garrett/Fisher machines that have been around for years and are still being produced?
Hey Steven - I would not agree that the tech is new. It operates like a VLF single frequency. What it does incorporate is added tonal options to assist with target ID based on sound. Add this with other features, and the Ultra really works well in dense iron in parks, fields, etc. Hope this helps.
