would the problem that is second from the left of the bottom row be: 2x-14 over x^2+10x+24? Because there was the -x before you simplified to the answer?

no, you cannot divide across addition 5/4+4/5 does not equal 1/4 plus 4/1

I would love to just BE IN YOUR CLASS OR HAVE YOU AS MY ONLINE MATH TUTOR THESE DAYS!! Because these tutors today online are rude and just, pass you on to another tutor in the same subject!! I've once got all my answers on a test with the help of a tutor, wrong and got one correct from my guess since all the tutors were saying that my answer is right, but didn't show to multiply choice.

why in example 7, 3(x+6)-1(x+4) didn't get simplified into 3x+18 - x+4 and then using the denominator , it got broken down into 2x+14 over (x+6)(x+4)?

I really wish you spent time explaining the whole x divides into x2 but x2 can't divide into x. And then u said 5 divides into 5x and 5x divides into 5x... I don't get it.

x^2=x*x so x^2/x = x*x/x where the x's divide to one leaving you with x so x divides into x^2, x times. Or think about it this way. 4 divides into 12, 3 times because 4*3 = 12. So 5 divides into 5x, x times because 5*x=5x.

Confident presentation however a number of errors, a couple of minor unclear explanations and steps and blocking the view with his body while marking the board otherwise good. (Edited due to previous harsh comment)
