I love the color combinations in the room, the only kind suggestion I have is to order the longer curtains and take it up to the ceiling, allow them to puddle at the bottom. The curtains are gorgeous!
Gabe, you didn't ask BUT the shorter lamp looks better for your bedroom. The taller lamp is actually a Buffett Lamp suited for a buffet or a couch table.. To add length to your drapes, you can always add extra fabric as an iron on; no need to sew. Take the added fabric from the iron on and make a pillow so you add that design, color to the room and coordinate. Great makeover.
Love the turquoise pop of color, the picture bring the room together and it’s no to busy. I think is simply beautiful, add some more flowers to the vases.🌸🌺🌸🌺🌼🌻🌼💐

Never been this early before. I just did a bedroom makeover myself. With all this same-ness we've been dealing with, it was time for a change so I'm feeling you. I just always order 95 or 96 in curtains. It's easy to hem them or have them hemmed if needed, but I can't stand for them to be too short lol. I really like the pillows you ended up with and the color scheme is pretty. I chose a velvet type comforter also for my room. I love all your content. Thanks for sharing
Love these type of vids Gabe! Can't wait to see the pantry makeover. The Havenly design was lovely... the pops of emerald work wonderfully with your furniture and wall color. You and Babe did a good job on execution too! Suggestions: Get the longer curtains and move the rods up. Use the mood board as your height/length guide. They know what they're talking about (not that I went to naan design school, but when I tell you Pinterest is my best design friend and has all the tips/tricks LOL)l. Be sure whatever rug you decide on it isn't too small especially since you guys are adding a couch to the end of the bed. Your rug should be wide enough for all the furniture to sit on it and still see the rug. I think going with a solid rug will be a mistake bc your carpet is a solid color. I get that you felt the design rug was too busy but you need some pattern to break up the expanse of carpet. Maybe you'll find a happy medium between too much print and a solid. I would even check to see if Havenly could suggest an alternative or two. So glad you went with the shorter lamps. The originals were too tall/skinny and didn't work with the new design. I would lower the artwork - both pieces are a bit too high on the wall. Again, refer back to the design since they took into acct the height of your ceilings + the dimensions of the artwork. Good call on the new pillows and once you get the matching king shams, that'll add more texture to the pillow grouping. Can't wait to see Babe's bed couch lol... I believe it's gonna be the icing on the cake! Please do an update in a future video once you have everything like you want it!
For the curtains, you could get a complimentary fabric and add it to the bottom, maybe gold. Then you can hang the curtains high. Also if you use velcro to attach the fabric, you can switch it up and change the look without needing to buy whole new curtains.
Definitely an improvement! I like the bulkiness of the smaller lamps, but the height of the old ones. I think u should go with longer curtains and either puddle them or hem them to your desired length. Large art is too high too

I’m just moving into my room and had a vision and I remembered you guys had one of the colors I wanted teal, and I wanted to add coral . Then I had no clue what a duvet or sham was or how to fold it so I came back to this to help lol It look so good , I can’t wait till it all come together.
The room came together nicely. If you still wanted the longer curtains you could use iron-on hem tape. I use it all the time when I purchase curtains from Ikea. I'm gonna take a page out of your book by working room by room to get my house just the way I want it. Pat yourself on the back.
Looks nice! When you have a taller lamp at your bedside when you need a light when you’re in bed reading or working on something the taller lamp gives better light. I had to go back to my tall lamp after changing it to a shorter one. Your space looks comfortable and peaceful
Love the look and the colors! I'd go with longer curtains b/c even if too long they still look better than too short. Also loved the first (designer) pillows - they were so elegant. The blue of the throw across the bed is a different blue (to me) and throws it off just a bit.

Just buy the longer curtains hang One pin it where you want it and then buy the "iron on hem tape" and you can hem them to the right length with your iron!💜💜💜

Love the colors in the bedroom and that beautiful large picture on the wall. I agree ,the short lamp looks better. Cannot wait to see you sofa in the bedroom. How about a large cream color rug with a 3 inch border same color as your drapes. Just a suggestion.
I like the room much better now. I create edesigns and in person decorating and Gabe definitely pointed out the areas that needed to be adjusted. You have an eye for detail. Just a friendly suggestion, each of the smaller windows need two panels each. It truly makes a difference. Additionally, I would suggest lowering the artwork a bit. I like the height of the tall lamps but swapped with the the shade from the smaller lamp. Overall, I like the look as well as the alternative pillows you chose.
