That looks great Glenn. Now you have me wanting to make something in a soft skin vehicle. DAK has always been one of my favorite subjects for military vehicles. Thanks for sharing.
Hello Glenn, hope you are doing well. Big thumbs up! You really succeeded in making the vehicle look like it endured the harsh North African campaign. The weathering and chipping add a very realistic component combined with all your other added accessories. Your figure is very nicely painted and positioned as usual. I have that same kit and love how you chose that figure to compliment the vehicle. The magazine with that splash of red, very cleverly adds to the realism as well as creating interest. What do you think about using hairspray for chipping? Very impressed with what you achieved with a fine brush. Checking online I could possibly see substituting the Sd.Kfz. 1 with the Italeri Fiat 508 Coloniale for a diorama. And an added bonus, Rommel looks great as always.
