I look stiff wearing that hat…. I act like I have a neck brace on while wearing those headphones 🎧 Thanks for watching brother, I appreciate the support
Hi I’ve been watching your videos for a while now! I went ahead and did a lot of the stuff you said to do before starting a business. The part I’m stuck at is deciding if I should get a used f250 or f350 diesel dully or no dully. I’m gonna be doing a dump trailer bobtail hook. 7x14 14k lb. Any suggestion? Am I doing it right? I do have a class A former hazmat driver
I would purchase which ever one makes the most sense for you. I don't think one in particular is better over the other, however I am a big fan of diesel power and reliability for sure. In my market the dually struggles over the single axle drives in the snow and mud, but that's limited times per year, but just my opinion. Thanks for supporting and watching the video my friend. Greatly appreciated.
Google Ads is and will always be the "best" option over FB Ads, Zillow, Yelp or whatever else someone thinks of trying out. But the point is to diversify your marketing spend. Even tho you won't see the same ROI with Zillow as you do Google Ads, you will def hit and reach a different type of client. If you plan on focusing your business around residential customers, Zillow is the best #2 option, just behind Google Ads for the money.
Education and personal growth.... I would say you are attending one of the very best of its kind. Glad you are working on yourself and your business. Nice work my friend.
How do your customers like your flat price with weight billed per pound vs flat price with x amount of tonnage included? Is it beneficial to change pricing through out the year? In my area its flat pricing all year round.
Honestly, it comes down to how well you manage it with those clients. Honest, up front transparency is how I run my show and my clients like it better than flat rate pricing. I have a video explaining all the details coming out soon. Great question BTW.
I suggest you visit my website and study my pricing. You'll know exactly how I can afford to rent at the price if you understand everything involved. Here's that website: www.trysameday.com
