That was much better camera work in order to see what you were doing with your hands worldwide culinary apprentice. Thankyou for showing how it’s done. I have a question though , because of your broad accent it’s hard to understand what you call the starting knot , finishing knot respectfully , do you say ( NETTING KNOT ) sir ?. Thanks again for showing the tying of the meat roll with the updated camera work so your viewers could see what was happening with your hands because you took the time to explain & show at the same time how to form each loophole down the the roll of meat. Namaste…
I confess I need to see this before tying a roast, every time. You should have named the video "Roast Tying for Dummies". I certainly feel like I deserve it. Thank you for the video.
I've seen more than dozens of videos how to do butchers knot. The more I watched it the more scared I became. But this one brings me out of the nutshell with all the confidence I need. Really brilliant!
My Dad worked with meat most of his life ~ This is the way he tied his meat. Thank you for sharing this as many people don't know how to do it properly. 💜
Great tutorial. Better than others I've watched! Seems they are always blocking the view of their hands with a toque or the other hand - yours is clear. Thanks for posting!
This is a very nice tutorial best one I've seen on RU-vid anyone who watches this should be able to comfortably perform this task after this well made video

Lovely accent and a beautifully done tutorial! Can anyone place the accent? Is this fellow a French speaker? Quebecois? Anyhow, I'm going to put the tutorial to use right now.
