I’ve been exercising on and off for a decade, I go through phases of being all about it then phases of not doing much. Being underweight, I’ve tried all the bulk fads, drinking cups of olive oil and gallons of milk 5x5’s… the amount of strength I’ve gained from 1 month of rings is better then 4 months of heavy lifting… I am stronger every time I use the rings, where strength was harder to gauge with weights. A month ago I couldn’t even do a negative dip, now I can do 15 dips in a row. My shoulders have always been my slowest muscle group and in a month my shorts all pop a little more in the shoulder area. It’s amazing how there are certain styles of working out that work better for different types.
I would like to ask you is it normal in neutral position of the hands when I’m trying to perform false grip to feel tension in my forearms. It’s like I’m stretching an tendon or something. I have no experience with false grip at all
It's a bit harder on the bar, from experience I did hangs where one hand is false grip like what's shown (focus on that bone in the down left corner of your hand) and o e normal grip and eventually you can do it with both
Sir, u need to first prepare the wrist joints (or whatever it may be called))))) At least, it must be mentioned ,yt audience is big . People will get insured 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
