If you use the Crease modifier, then after returning and then changing the grid in Edit/Editable poly, all the selected edges are shuffled. Because of this, we have to choose edges for Crease again. Data Channel saves you from this problem at the planning stage of the model. __________________________ Если Вы используете модификатор Crease, то после возвращения и последующего изменения сетки в Edit/Editable poly все выбранные ребра перемешиваются. Из-за чего приходится снова выбирать ребра для Crease. Data Channel избавляет Вас от данной проблемы на стадии планирования модели.

@@aydar1995 I understand that CreaseSet should be used only in the final stages then. Would it be also a good alternative to manual retopology + TurboSmooth?

@@conatcha When using CreaseSet without support loops + Turbosmooth/Opensubdive, more separation iterations may be required. There was an episode on this channel when Arrimus showed how to do it using turbosmooth. You need to assign smoothing groups to polygons to apply turbosmooth for 1-2 or even 3 iterations (depending on the mesh density), then apply turbosmooth again. Does blender have some kind of Data channel auto crease feature ? Creasing by hand while trying to model quickly is a real pain
