They always thought the Gen Z would clash with other age groups.. But it turned out that these youth are good followers, calm, and composed.. Continue on proving them wrong guys!
@@radimchudej2331 Doesn’t really matter to me.The way she was attacking Arthur, just because she didn’t become a captain says alot about her.She stinks.
@rishichettri5336 Well, Arthur did show that he wasn't a very good captain anyway. She had somewhat of a right to criticize. Have you seen Masterchef before. Everyone criticizes the team captain at some point.
Why would you ever do a field challenge at a windy rock quarry coz "sand in the food" like at least provide tents for the cooking teams & the people eating...
He was the Captain. He should've been more vocal by giving her orders and letting her sink her own ship by not following the orders of the team Captain. He allowed her to talk too much.
@@nieshamccoy9419that doesnt make a difference, saying she saw his weakness is another way of just saying she sabotaged. Because thats what she did, she wanted to be leader, didnt get too, so now as a result she wont offer the slightest of feedback but "tell the captain." Full well knowing the answer. At the end of the day, they were a team who shouldve worked together to win, you obviously go to the captain but not for every tiny detail, you just overload the leader and it does the team no good overall.
@rickybahena4858 Is this the first Masterchef season that you've watched because I've been watching Masterchef since Season 3, and yes, team members do question the team members' competence and sometimes openly and they will say that the team Captain is weak on certain aspects.
Considering that Murt was actually not that bad in these past 2 episodes, maybe it will be like Cody and Antonio from Hell’s Kitchen where he starts getting better and dropping the ego.
@@fubarapukka115 next week will be a really stupid week. Tag team challenge with 4 completely different dishes. In MasterChef Australia. The pressure test (replicating a dish challenge) only consists of 1 complex dish. The contestants will learn a lot of new skills, new cooking techniques, new plating techniques, and many other new skills. This tag team challenge. Only replicating 4 dishes in 90/60 minutes is very useless. The contestants will not learn a lot.
40:21 Elimination comment : when cooking in a team challenge the captain of the team needs to motivate and delegate not only did Arthur stay silent but he couldn’t even command his own team so like the titanic his dreams of winning sunk into the depths of the ocean so long Arthur
Yeah he deserved to be eliminated, sadly. I think commanding a team in a corporate/agency work environment is much different than in a kitchen and competition where you need a higher voice and be more direct

I only started watching MasterChef recently but it occurs to me that on every field challenges in MasterChef there is always delays caused by messed-up food especially raw meat that looked like well-done to whoever grilled it.
The red team didn’t make their menu; the top chefs totally changed it up for them. The would not have won with what red teams concept was-it was the skin, sauce and the corn added to the slaw that helped them win. Why didn’t Ramsay say to the blue team I think you should put a sauce and say fries would be a better option. They spoon fed the win to the red team.
the judges performance are better than the lost angels galaxy team challenge. They giving problem solving feedback. But not as good as MasterChef Australia judges. But the thing that really pissed off is no pressure test and and THE CAPTAINS ALMOST ALWAYS GO HOME The side effect of sending 2 people home in the birthday cake challenge hits the red team really hard. They are in the condition of -1 person and it effects a lot. Gordon Ramsay was very angry about the red team performance. But did not think the side effect of the red team condition in -1 member condition. In my opinion. Arthur going home in respect and he showed a great attitude during his time in the competition. for the next episode. 4 different dishes in the tag team challenge. It is stupid. Not like in MasterChef Australia where the contestants only required to replicate 1 dish in the pressure test. The dishes that selected in MasterChef Australia is very smart. The contestants will learn a lot and using that pressure test gained knowledge into their next cooking just like Savindri, Darrsh, and Josh P in season 16 MasterChef Australia.
The first paragraph I disagree with you as Team Challenge fewer members can also win like in MCI. In MCI, team with fewer members is still winning team challenge. The red team started off quite strong as their first dish is good but Arthur is like doubting himself in this challenge that Kamay needs to stand up and help the team. The second paragraph I agree with you as they should bring back Pressure Test again since this is the redemption to prove that they still deserved that place in the competition. Again, directly eliminating person without a chance or two proves that the judges are really lazy and just want to judged it easier like in Derrick Fox's podcast.
The captains are going home since Season 12, as neither captains are eliminated in Season 13. If Alejandro in Season 12 made sense since he made the worst mistake in the history.
kamaya just rundown the holl team if she wants power she should stand out and grab it just took the fouces out it of him if I want her eliminated so bad
@@nieshamccoy9419 he really isn't good with leadership yes but you would do better without someone questioning your competence from the very beginning .
