I'm a new subscriber. Really like your work. That tank turned out really nice. I'm finishing up an M1A1 ABRAMS now. Still new to an airbrush & doing weathering. I'm 63 & haven't built models in 45 years probably. Life got in the way. But I'm back & love all the RU-vid content about modeling & dioramas. Thanks for sharing your talents & tips 🇺🇸
Its really apreciated. Im 48 years old now and i get back to modeling 10 years ago after a long break also. Most important thing is to have and no pressure with anything like colors and Weathering
I just bought this kit at a model swap meet today…so I’m really glad I found your videos! Thank you for all the very helpful tips. I usually build aircraft and will be my first tank…and your videos are giving me lots of great ideas! 😊
On the challenger it's something similar looking as zimmerit. The best way to achieve this kind of look is with tamiya putty quick type. A really thin layer and with patience you draw the pattern. Maybe there some videos on youtube about it.
I love the paint job and lesson, but who wrote the copy for the thumbnail? I would never purport to name any class of mine as a “master class” no matter how well I performed some act.
@@ScaleWonderland Sir that wasn’t my intention and i tried to explain that you deserve the appellation, but that i was hoping someone else wrote the copy for the thumbnail that’s all. my apologies
Different varnish is use for different reasons. Satin varnish is use before you start weathering process since it's going to make your pin washes flow easily. Matt varnish at the end to protect your work and to make everything super durable. Gloss varnish to protect your paint after base paint and before the application of decals
