Well, I had understood it better, but there are still 2 bonds missing (metal bond and Van der Vals bond) and also, I did not learn why is double and triple bond weaker than the normal one. It is exactly opposite of what would you expect!

Only one type, it is not the best to say less stable than a single bond and then show carbon dioxide which is very stable.
