Clawful just looks so crispy. Love the way he looks in my collection, but leech is probably my favorite so far. Just looks so menacing and he seems bigger than the others
Thanks for checking the Top Ten out! Clawful is such a unique figure in the MOTU line. He definitely has always been a favorite since the vintage figure I had as a kid! Leech is really over the top looking and always has. He's probably the most menacing character in the Horde line👍
Thanks for watching! Yeah those childhood memories are everything with many of those figures. I did have one for Roboto too but it was cut in editing for technical reasons. That's awesome you understand the value of these figures and childhood memories that come with them👍
You should do a top 10 vintage figures, my top 10 list for vintage is very different than origins lol My top 10 would be: 1. Trap Jaw 2. Tri-Klops 3. Webstore 4. Mosquitor 5. Flying Fists He-Man 6. Clamp Champ 7. Stinkor 8. Buzz Off 9. Scare Glow 10. Leech
That's a good list. I got rid of my vintage figures because they fell apart in my attic years ago before I got into toy collecting. I had most of the vintage collection. I was missing Eternia, Horde trooper and blade. But I had everything else.
Thanks for checking the video out! That's awesome! I'm glad you like the Top Ten list and Characters selection. It is really hard to choose. I like all of the figures👍
Awesome stuff! I really enjoy your Origins reviews and MOTU memories. This is a great list Webstor is still my favorite, can’t shake that child bias lol
Thanks for checking the review out! I appreciate you sat and Hangout to hear my kid stories! Yeah that Webstor is one of my favorites from a kid. I always think of that lady taking that one in child Word that time when I was in the isle for 5 minutes already trying to get up at that only one on the top! The timing was just funny how she came around cornor and was looking for the figure for her son too! Lol
Hey Man! I appreciate you watching the video and Leaving those comments with your interest on my MOTU child hood toy memories! That's what this stuff is all about today👍
yes luv em all🙌 ....I'm really digging that mosquitor 👊.....I'm gonna keep an eye out for some wings to pick up to modify or grab some off of buzz off🤷♂️.....awesome review 👏 👌
Thanks for Stopping in to Check out The video! Yeah I really had fun modifiying that MOSQUITOR with those part. Getting some Buzz-Off wings is a good idea Too. Maybe look on Ebay for an older Vintage Buzz-Off with the Wings. But The Origins Buzz-Off wings are much better. Also that Mcfarlane Cyber Spawn Backpack came with Wings in place of those claws I stuck in the Holes. Plus you get all those creepy Spider legs too!👍
Hey saw your video in the morning cool memories on how your parents bought your toys I guess every kid growing up in the 80 had similar experiences with thier parents when it came to buy a toy 🧸 it was really different back then but none the less very nice times cool 😎 top ten video buddy 👍😎
Thanks buddy! Yeah I most of the Vintage line as a kid torward the end! So many of those figures and Characters had certain childhood memories or little stories that I can remember. Its so Awesome the Origins line is a thing and Recreates those Memories and Nastalgia once again for those of us the grew up with those vintage figures in the 80s!👍
Thanks for checking the video out! Thats awesome you enjoyed the stories! I probley have another 10 or so with other vintage figures in the day. Those figures were such an interesting part of my life then as a kid! The newer figures like the Classics and Origins remind me of those vintage figures all over again and really fire those memories up 40 years later👍
Thanks for checking the video out! Yeah I originaly had more stock photos for other examples when I was talking but they were cut in editing for technical issues.
Thanks for stopping in to Check out My Top Ten Origins favorites. I took time to really think about which figures mean the most to me know as well as the Vintage one as a kid👍
Thanks for checking the Top Ten Review out! That's another perfect list. Those other figures would definitely make a Top 20. I also really want Modulok and Two Bad in the Origins. They will probably come to the line sometime next year as Mattel Creations Exclusives!
Horde Trooper Webstor Roboto Trap Jaw Mantenna Mosquitor Stratos Pig Head Man E Faces These can be put in any order. But Camo Kahn is definitely #1 The only ones I don’t have yet is whiplash and Leech. I have a feeling both of those will replace a couple of the ones I mentioned.
Thanks for checking the ton ten out! That's an awesome list! I didn't have camo kahn at the time. I got him shorty after. He might have been on that top ten list in place of Kobra Kahn. It was hard to choose certain figures over others in that Top ten👍
Thanks for Checking it out! I Had to really Think what Origins I look at the most and had Certain Childhood memories going back to my Vintage MOTU counter parts. These Ten were it👍
Thanks for Watching! Yeah I always think of that story when I look at Webstor in my collection. Its really funny when I think about it now. The Timing of that Woman coming around the Cornor looking for that figure and they only had one all the way up on top. I was there like 5 minutes trying to get up at it!😆
Omg, your Leech story 🤮. You have the absolute BEST vintage MOTU stories! I got 🤣 tears laughing but it’s also one the grossest thing I’ve ever heard. What do you think was goin on in that kid’s Castle Grayskull?
Lol. Thanks again for checking out my reviews and hearing some of my MOTU related stories. That Leech roach story was another one I'll never forget with those vintage figures. The kid had the Catsule greyskull outside with a Scare Glow, Evil-Lyn and couple other figures from I remember! We put it on the ground outside and opened it up. I didn't see any bugs in it! The Leech figure had in a small box that also had other things in it. That vintage Leech had the perfect hollow body for roaches to get in and nest I guess from that button in the back with the gap.
Mine so far, in no order..l Sorceress Trap Jaw Teela Man E Faces Man At Arms (no mustache Eternia Palace Guard version) Beast Man LOP Mer Man Jitsu Buzz Off Zodac
Thanks for checking out the video and Taking time To list your favorite Origins at this point I the line. That's a great list. I could of easily added most of those to a Top favorite 20 list. Lol. Figures like Trap Jaw, Buzz-Off and the Sorceress were also Some of my favorites as a kid and had cool Memories. In the end I Think they all are great! But the 10 I listed also had a childhood story I remember to this day👍
Nice! Yeah that's all we had were I lived at the time. There also was Bradlees and JC penny that would also carry Motu. But my mom never went there. My friends that had everything always seemed to find The Newer stuff in those stores first. Child world was Awesome then! That one turned into a Toys R us Years later. But of coarse Toys R us died too! RIP them all now!
Thanks for stopping in as always and taking the time to listen to my Motu Childhood memories! Yeah That Leech Cockaroch story always sticks in my mind still. Lol
Webstor's my boy! That was probably my mom snatching it away from you. 😄 I actually always liked Roboto's Filmation origin where he came from the planet Robotica. Man-at-Arms still rebuilt him and became his father, so best of both worlds. Great video bro! 👏
Hey Thanks for stopping in bro! Lol Yeah could you imagine that lady grabbing the only Webstor on the peg that I spent 5 minutes trying to get was your mom buying it for you! It's a funny story now! That would Awesome! May the Tallest person win in Buying motu figures from pegs 7 ft high in the day. I'm only remember Roboto being build from Man At arms. I'm not that familiar with the planet Robotica. I may of heard that at one time but forgot. So yeah that's an interesting concept to his toy design for the Origins.
@@Themanchlid May the tallest person win the fig! lol love it. Yeah, all my original vintage figs are gone since Hurricane Floyd but Webstor was the only vintage I reclaimed and still sits on the shelf behind me. So clearly Webstor was my favorite vintage! 🙂👍
@@foreterniaofficial Lol. Wow you lost stuff in that Hurricane? I can tell you creepy stories about Hurricane Sandy here. I was on the front lines at work then and the flood control levee next to my house had 14 ft of water up to the top and came over around my house and man cave but stopped and resided back into the tide and Wetlands behind me. I almost lost everything. The houses on the other side of that levee got 7 feet of water. Creepy! But I got lucky👍
@@Themanchlid Yeah, I was in a two floor house with a basement and the first floor started 3 feet off the ground and I was rescued out of my second floor window by a police boat. To give you an idea how high the water was, in the boat I had to duck low as I could in the boat so we could pass under powerlines. I remember the boat rescued several people, but couldn't take people's animals I guess in fear of them biting the other passengers etc.. A lot of pets died that night, and a few people too. It was real sad.
@@foreterniaofficial Wow! You got me beat with Hurricane Stories! I seen alot of crazy stuff during Sandy but didnt have to be rescued! We did evacuate my house.when the water breeched the levee. .I worked at the time and we had a crane truck trying to get back to.the sewer plant that got 4 ft of water. We had millions of dollars in damage. I remember picking two people trying to get back to one of the houses that took on 6 ft of water. The tide started to reside and they were walking in water chest deep and feezing. We dropped them off up hill a bit and drove the truck back to the plant but the water was still too high. We turned around and went back an hour later to see the damage. We worked for a month straight no time off, Over time, Holiday to get things back up. Even then there's was months of repairs and new equipment installs.
Yeah I threw everyone for a loop with that! I had many favorites as a kid that would have definitely been on a Top 20 list like Trap-jaw, Tri-Klops, He-man and Skeletor of coarse. But I really had a unique eye torward some of the Later Characters that had additonal action features like Roboto over Trap-jaw or more Reptile looking Characters like Kobra Kahn, Whiplash and Leech! I really wanted to add Trap-jaw next at number 11 or 12. But this was a typical Top Ten favorites list.
Great Top 10, nice to see Whiplash at the top, he’s often overlooked but he’s such a cool character and has one of the best eye-catching colour pallets.
Thanks for Checking the Reviews out! I agree! Whiplash is such a cool Character! He is a highly wanted figure in the Classics and Origins line. I always Think about that figure the Most Talking about He-man Memories as a kid for those Reasons I mentioned about in the video👍
Awesome! Thanks for watching and sharing your Top favorites! They would definitely be part of my Top 20 picks. Stinkor was close being a part of that Top 10. He would have been Number 11. Lol👍
@@eckteckteckk171 Nice! Yeah Whiplash is a really Important and unique figure going back to the vintage days and certainly trying to get one now on Ebay from the Classics line. When I really think to my childhood were MOTU all started for me. Whiplash is that first figure that's pops in my head!👌
I appreciate you watching and sharing your Top Ten in the Comments! That's a great list! If I did a Top 20 Origins favorites video. All those others you mentioned would definitely be on it.👍
@@citadelli Thanks. Yeah the stories were important to me. I also had a story with Roboto but it was cut in editing because of issues in the Audio and I didn't refilm it. Aside that I tried to remember and add those childhood memories👍
@@Themanchlid I think a lot of those things are what ties us to these little plastic guys. My top 10 would be very different. But only based on those young experiences. When MOTU and Joe came out it was a major transition point in me and little bros life and family splitting up and living different cities most of the time. A turbulent time but safe. Those escape things create a great impact.
@@citadelli Yep! Your correct in some of the Reasons why we collect this stuff now and the nastalgia it created in our minds that we carry years later. Toys as a kid or even now as an adult are a Safe place, Artistic, and helps us build a little world we control. Plus they are just Awesome! I understand what your saying about issues from childhood or even things we have to know deal with as adults. I talked all about my complex childhood and current suffering now in ly my life. Why toy collecting is important. How it saved my life Medaphoricly and why we do it in a Toy podcast I did a while back on For Eternia Official youtube channel.
@@Themanchlid Hi. I mean in every vídeo you call almost every figure one of your favorites. I thought It would be cool a list of the ones that arent, and I imagine there Will not haver many.
I see you have an bad guy fetish lol bad guys are always the coolest!!! Enjoy your videos love these origins for sure, to me better than the vintage!!!!
Thanks for stopping in! Lol. Yeah I have The East Coast Ny, NJ Italian accent and Attitude! But I like to be fun and Speak with honesty. Aside that I'm a big kid at heart and Really enjoy These Origins and Masters of the Universe figures and Memories in general! That's awesome you enjoy the videos! I appreciate That always👍
Lol. Yeah that story is funny now me! It's just interesting that I spent 5 minutes in that isle trying to get that last Webstor off the high peg as a random woman happens to come around the cornor looking for the figure for her kid. I wounder if they or that kid whos probley my age still has it too
Really like the videos //KOoL accent ... one thing for all you YANKS ...You guys are darn Lucky that these TOY COMPANIES canter mostly to the USA . Up here in CANADA we get a heck of a lot less ... yep
Thanks for chrismas the videos out and leaving your Super cool comments! Yeah I got the USA Northern Accent!👍 I know you guys have a hard time getting any of this stuff without expensive importing. That sucks! Don't feel bad, because the distribution with the Origins and Masterverse is a real mess here as well! I even import stuff from Malaysia tobthe USA to get figures early for review. I reviewed certain figures months ago and people still can't find those in stores. Most stuff ends up on ebay or hidden Toy collectors seem to get a hold of the minimum distribution and re sell it for double the cost. The rumors are that places like Targets and Wallmarts will not carry anymore Motu Origins and Masterverse after April. It will be online in certain places and even going over seas more. Time will tell I guess. Most of that collection you see came from eBay or I imported the figures for a higher cost.
@@stavrosnaftsigkanaf9564 I thought the faceless one stold the Ram stone. I have The Classics figure and he comes with the Ram stone. He looks alot like scare glow. But I have to go back and find that episode.
@BenQuirobie Quiratman I have the Classics Cyclone in the box still. Origins hasn't made one yet. Yes, he also has the Saturn image on the chest radar sticker
Lol. Thanks for watching! Lol. The grass isn't greener in my world. You can't imagine some of the circumstances and a little extra money I ran into because of disabilitys and being permantily injured with non stop chronic pain all over my muscles and nerves from a medication I was given with no Warning over 10 years ago. It ruined alot of my life. It takes me days to put videos together and my wife has to help with set ups. I talked all about my toy collecting and injuries or illness on a RU-vid podcast I did on For Eternia Official. But I Thanksgiving for admiring the set up!👍
@@Themanchlid god speed to you buddy. Love your vids, cause you roll strait to the point and give good reviews and some cool back stories. I love these origins figures, they bring you back to childhood. Good journey..
@Jim Chop Thanks, buddy! I appreciate the feedback! Yeah, try to edit and make as many transitions cuts as I can to get the point and details in my reviews. Some stuff you can't avoid, and you have to hang out and talk a bit or explain the facts, opinions, or back stories that work or might be interesting as part of that review! But I try to make it as fast as I can. Something takes a lot of time to review, and others are not! Either way, thanks for checking the reviews out and leaving your comments👍
