I love this. Bc at 41 I'm just starting to not care what people think. My kids are dairy farmers but such athletes. High class classmates judge them. I showed them this and they said. We will show them all. THANK YOU!!!
Extremely solid Mat Fraser interview. Great to have him on camera talking for an extended period of time. The edits and cuts got a little frustrating towards the end, but as always, top quality content, relatable and just really interesting. Asking the questions most of us want to know too. Great work!

This was an amazing interview! the questions you asked were well thought out and were of substance. Most people ask shit questions like "what makes you so good, blah blah blah" but your questions dove more into his mindset, his beliefs in himself and some inner personal motivation that he utilizes. This is SICK CONTENT for sure Craig, you guys are crushing it! keep it up and I hope you guys do great at your competition!

Had a chance to meet Mat at Wodapalooza. My brand new wife (married the weekend before and having our Honeymoon there) and I were up on the VIP area bleachers (overlooking the water). My wife Brandi starts tapping me urgently. Her eyes get real big and she goes "Mat Fraser is right behind you". So I very slowly turn around (because I don't want to scare him off like a sacred Elk) and there he is. He was talking to a couple guys, so I questioned bothering him...but...MAT FRASER. So I waited for an opening, walked up, and he was super gracious. He took a picture with us and I fought (successfully) the urge to ask him a million questions, because I figured he didn't want to be locked down in a conversation with two people he didn't know. It was only a couple minutes for him, but it made the day for us. A true Champion. Brandi and I proudly repped our "original" HSTL shirts and cheered you on there! Watching you slay that SkiErg with every last ounce of heart and energy you had...inspiring. Keep up the great work! "We Don't Quit".
Loved everything about this interview. Quirky questions made Mat feel comfortable, really got his guard down, and you gave us some great insights into his mentality and life. Love the channel guys!
Great interview. Doesn’t feel scripted at all. So much better than any other interview he has done. Usually his interviews are filled with product or brand placements, this just seemed raw and organic. Best Fraser interview I have seen.

Great interview and content but if I can give some constructive critique, I would say to let Matt do the talking. You had great questions but would often cut Matt off while he was still responding.
This is excellent! Since the Crossfit website has gone down the health and wealth path. There is a market for genuine interviews with the top stars of crossfit. That was top drawer Craig! Definitely need more of that content! One day I'll meet you and shake your hand.

Awesome interview! Thanks for sharing it! I dont know if you feel this, but to me as a viewer it always feels really relaxed, like youre just two good friends chatting about, and I get to watch it. It makes it really great and I think the only other person/interviewer Ive seen this with is Joe Rogan. Props to you both, keep rocking!
