in the picture? that's Kelly, Gibbs' daughter, and Maddie, the girl talking to Gibbs in her apartment Kelly and Shannon (Gibbs' first wife, Kelly's mom) were killed when Kelly was only 8yrs old. Maddie and Kelly were best friends as kids.

This episode is hard to watch but at least Gibbs was able to see in his eyes what his daughter would look like now.
