I made this pulao today and it turned out to be awesome. I also added a little paneer ( with a little salt n pepper) too. It really enhanced the taste. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe. 🙏🌺
Hi Nisa, this was my meal of this week. To my luck, I happened to live in multicultural-ethnic metropolitan area, reason why I can get every ingredients that exist in our planet. This week, I went to the Indian Bazar for my ingredients. Jee, it is a delicious recipe. I lived in the Caribbean for a few years, there I used to have locrio, it's a similar mixture of rice, vegetables and meats. I read so much about its origin, it originated in the middle east as pilaf, and propagated to all over the world with different names and different combinations of ingredients. 🙏❤📚🐼♻️😀🌹
