Bill Daily also returns and has a shot at moving to the big board, having already matched twice in the head-to-head (out of only 2 attempts). The question is: Will any contestant choose Fannie or Bill this week, or will they all go the more traditional Richard Dawson route? Or, like last week, will the other regulars have an oppurtunity to try to award some big money in the H/H match? It is rare, but it does happen. On average it seems to work out well for the contestant because most of them won't do it unless the three chosen panelists are clearing blowing it and the contestant has a great answer or gets one shouted from the audience that the panelists missed. (That happened just a few episodes back with old Henry, who took an audience suggestion and got the $500 slot.) In this episode the audience didn't applaud wildly for ANY of the panel answers and Sunny should have had her thinking cap on because "General Mills" was such an obvious winner.
It's happened MANY TIMES: for BLANK NATION, one woman rejected ALL 3 of the celebs answers and went with her own! She made the right choice because her answer was the most popular

OMG -- for today's first question, I thought of "concrete" and "sharks" -- then the contestant said "tinkle"! I love this show! And then Bill said tinkle too (he misspelled it, but spelling doesn't count)! -- I think Fannie's "cement" would count as a match with my "concrete"!

have you seen the show? ? ? it's awful, totally awful. for one thing, the head to head is done in a group, how stupid is that, where is dumb dora when you need her.
It's ironic considering all the times (at least a dozen so far) Richard has scolded a contestant for not taking his suggestion when it turns out to be the $500 match: "You should have trusted me!"
