As of 2019 Ron was still with us. i saw a comment by his son the other day which said he was 71. I wonder if he is still alive at 73 , and is he a good looking 73 year old. He definitely a hottie back in '75.

@@mehboobkm2018 Na, I'm sure the attention I was receiving, all be it for the shows entertainment, didn't bother him. He was very considerate and gave a sincere attempt to match me each opportunity. I'm pretty sure he was the most selected celebrity due to the fact that he and Fannie gave the most common sense answers. All the celebs were extremely nice and friendly, it was a very relaxed atmosphere on the panel.
Poor Ron, they knew he was uncomfortable with the men coming towards him; but they likely did it because they knew he didn't like it. But those were the days before someone would have shouted "sexual harrassment."

Both of his sons are on Facebook. Neither one looks particularly like him. There are no current pics of him on their Facebook pages, but their mother Linda is. I'm guessing they got divorced at some point. Apparently he remained with Highland High School in Bakersfield for his entire teaching career. Later on he would become the head coach for the school's baseball team.
Jeff, to put it in perspective, I was making $8600 as a high school teacher and varsity coach when I won a total of $13,000. You can imagine how impactful that was back in 1970. Truly a wonderful experience.

Michael Sebastian He was VERY jealous of his son, David Cassidy for becoming more famous/popular than him. It was horrible! How can a father be jealous of his own son! Didn’t know he was bi, but how obvious. Makes sense too.
