Dammit!! No repeat for my 5 Stripes. Oh, well, good win, Toronto. You and Seattle again for the MLS Cup for the 3rd time in 4 years. This time you go west, but y'all been road warriors up to this point, y'all shouldn't be scared of Seattle. Take 'em down!!
And here we are again, TFC vs Seattle in the final. If you had told me 4 years ago this would happen 3 times I'd never have believed you, but here we are. This time it's in our house. Congratulations on winning the east TFC, we'll see you on the 10th. It's going to be a good match.
Lol you guys didn't even deserve to win it the first time. No shot on target basically the entire game including extra time and tfc had like 10 great chances to score and win the game and somehow you won it in penalty kicks.
@@henrychi4197 nah.. TFC had the harder route.. TFC is simply better... Seattle played like pussies in 2016.. TFC TFC TFC reached the finals without a full squad
TFC is allergic to losing. 13 Games Unbeaten streak. TFC Won't lose. Cant lose. And are unbeatable. Different heroes arise in different nights. COYR! Let's get that 2nd star shining above our crest.
To illustrate how big this win was, we were without our main striker, a starting defender, had a penalty against us, had three yellow cards to their zero cards, had every call going against us, while playing away in an alleged "world class stadium" with turf.
Toronto still gushes about the Raptors, obsesses over the Blue Jays, and go nuts over every misstep by the Leafs. Meanwhile these scrappy underdogs of the 2019 season get the job done Huge congratulations to the unsung heroes of Toronto fall sports.
That defense on TFC’s second goal was non-existent. I wish MLS had kept the 2-game aggregate playoffs style. It made sense competitively and financially, or so I thought.
watching this June 30th 2020 during months of lock down/stay at home orders due to Covid-19 global pandemic....Is there anyone in the future there to read this? Did humans make it, did we survive? Did I make it?
As a TFC fan I'm ecstatic!! But what was the Atlanta defense doing watching De Leon taking his sweet time to make himself room and pick his favorite foot...and spot where he wanted!!! I mean...that was a dreadful play by the D. Great shot by our boy!!!!
Congratulations Toronto! 😊 A quick reminder though to not celebrate too early since you haven’t won anything yet. All the best in your winner-takes-all Finals game against the Sounders on Sunday.
Watched this from Melbourne, Australia So proud of the lads let’s get this MLS cup and take ultimate revenge against those Sounder scum on their patch ❤️❤️❤️
The funniest part of this video is the Micheal Bradley not jumping during the celebration....Not sure if its because he's trying to tell the boys that its not done, or if he's just old and hurting....lol
I'm happy TFC won, but wtf is with that huge ceremony and celebration for winning the conference? This isn't the end--there's another f-ing game to go ffs. Ridiculous.
Born in the Bay Area, I was hoping for Warriors repeat earlier this year vs Raptors, been living in Seattle since 1989 and now looking for Sounder win here at home in the rubber match. Should be a great one!
So? They weren't suppose to be here. It's an achievement to beat not only the 2nd seeded team, but the first as well. I think that's worth celebrating, dont you?
No he's been a beast all through the playoffs. Seattle though probably has the best goal keeper in the league. So in the final its going to be a beast for a goal keeper on each side of the pitch
Way to go boys. But shame on MLS for not doing two leg playoff rounds. There is a reason all credible football leagues use that format, cause it's the best. Stop trying to turn it into American football. First VAR (which is proving to be useless), now these one and done playoffs like the NFL. TFC may win the cup and the entire city won't even know it. It's a shame we will never see a home game. 2017 was the the peak of MLS. It has been downhill since. Good thing we are adding Sacramento and Miami next year...cough
I prefer having one game. It just makes the winners unpredictable and more interesting. If it were two games the finals would be LAFC and Atlanta without a doubt.
@@bradleyhenry2411True, it is now used in most leagues, like today when Fazio got a straight red on a theatrical dive from Okaka in Roma - Udinese. An extended VAR review didn't remedy that call. It's an American inspired addition to football that has made it worse. That aside, having no home and return legs in the MLS playoffs is almost laughable. No respect or understanding for the game.
