Man… Poz is amazing. It looked to me like he knew he wouldn't beat Hamid in the air from where DC gave him space to shoot (18+ yds)… so he short hops it… and saw an awkward spill… so he does EXACTLY the same thing again… same spill = goal 👍. Love his confidence!
I think Ur giving him too much credit. Hamid made a mess of it. Poz was given way too much space the entire game. The good teams are going to shut him Down
That was the last home game of the season. TFC needs to win 3 on the road to do that. It is statistically very unlikely. Possible... but highly unlikely.
Dear Rooney, you are one of the greatest players ever and it is my honor to see your last game in MLS, may the future hold more grandeur in you expertise in the sport! (Coming from a TFC fan)
The Canadian Internationals that played here 4 days ago were feasting on the American internationals playing on DC United. talk about adding insult to injury.
I believe Paul Arriola should get a 2 or 3 game suspension next season. Towards the end of the match he started playing really dirty, he even flopped. His intent was to injure TFC’s players. (DC’s Red card was Arriola)
y el partido de vuelta y ida que formato mas desigual loco siempre tiene que ser a partido de visitante y local como uno solo están locos solo una final se juega a un partido y en cancha neutral
Bill Hamid doesn’t have a good first catch. Every single team that play against DC should try to go for rebound as long as Hamid is Goalkeeper. Not saying Hamid is a bad keeper but he definitely doesn’t have a first catch.
Lawrence Pack Hamid is very poor, no good at all. The goalie can’t catch the ball every times that is so bad... because that is not a strong power shot.
I think that TFC would lose against NYCFC even if they played a really good game against D.C. I think that because they would play in Yankee Stadium and NYCFC this year were incredible.
I love TFC and I love BMO field....but here we are on extra time , playoff game and half of the stadium is empty, we are too busy finishing our hotdogs and beer??? Same or worst happens at a Leafs game. We still have so much growing to do under that aspect. Your team goes up 2-1 on extra time and all u see is red empty seats?? Come on...let's blow the fucking roof off!!!
Yes. Many have given up on the CanMNT. Too many let-downs. We haven't even made the Hex in WCQ since 1996 (when we finished dead last). We have been losing to teams like Haiti/Honduras/Panama/TnT/Jamaica. Players turning down call-ups, playing for other countries, etc. etc. Most people in Toronto support other countries' national teams. 80%+ of people in Toronto (Canada's largest city) are either 1st or 2nd generation immigrants, so they will support their old country's national teams since the CanMNT has been so pathetic. Before 15-20 years ago the CanMNT would never even play in Toronto because there would be more support for the opposing team than the Canadian team (so it was like an away game). But hopefully with Davies/David/Estaquio/Cavallini this will be the beginning of a new era for the CanMNT. And with the result against the US (first W against them in 34 yrs), I expect that the next important game in Toronto for the CanMNT there will be far more tickets sold.
@@philojudaeusofalexandria9556 I never been to Canada, but Toronto looks amazing and the support that you guys have for Toronto F.C it's awesome. I think the U.S is going in that direction soon, if they don't start winning. Thanks for the info...
