@@poke-champ4256 Man they are like completely different, I can understand someone who doesn't know them who can't tell the difference between a Jazzmaster and a Jaguar, but a Mustang is really different from those two.

@@danielcadenassolano9017 Unironically my favorite part about having a floating bridge with locking tuners is that, once its in tune, there's no stress. And it doesn't constantly detune like my Gibson Les Paul does
@RedDevilDK86 ahhhh. Yeah I've never had a string break on me yet, but all I've done is detuning, restringing and standard E. And I'm also incredibly gentle and inch things slowly rather than quickly. I'll be curious to see what happens when I do open tunings for slide, but so far being gentle helps
Am I the only one that noticed that he called Kurt Cobain's mustang a "jaguar" at 1:55 Maybe they showed him a picture of his jag instead and showed us the mustang
@@xcyj9468 nope, it is a jagstang This is a jaguar but he "kinda" split it in half and put another half of a mustang. So a "Jaguar", "Mustang", "Jag-Stang". That's the short story So you're like 50% right and 50% wrong
I'm shocked that ___________'s guitar isn't on this 8 minute video on which you totally could place every guitar ever so everyone is satisfied that their favorite player got covered.
3:14 the guitar Jimi is shown burning isn’t the same one in the image before, that one is his Monterey stratocaster getting burned at Monterey pop, the one shown before was burned at a different performance
@@PiperAtTheGatesOfYourMom The black Strat I guessed Robin Trower. The red 335 I guessed Alvin Lee. Only 2 I got wrong. Most I knew immediately. For Clapton should have showed the multi-colored Crossroads Strat. I thought C Berry used a 175 Gibson mostly.
Dustin Heffner I feel the same way about Eddie Van Halen’s guitar honestly just look at it if you didn’t know who it belonged to and you saw it in a pawnshop and say they knew who it belonged to and charged let’s say $2500 for example but they also had like a damn near perfect type of guitar you like (idk you so I can’t assume what you like) but it was the same price which would you pick up hell honestly if it’s $1,000 cheaper I still would buy the other one but that’s me though
@@House.Of.Pain. Are you talking about Frankenstein? I like that guitar, i feel it is recognizable. But yeah I would get myself a PRS over EVH Frankenstein any day😂
Alex Metzgee Dave's is kinda a trick question as he literally took another artists signature, and had it made in a retired color as his sugnature. So if it's not the blue one then the correct answer would ACTUALLY be Trini Lopez.
if we do a part 2 we should have Zakk Wylde's "The Grail" Les Paul Keith Richard's "Micawber" Telecaster David Gilmour's black Stratocaster Billie Joe Armstrong's "Blue" Fernandes Dave Grohl's Gibson DG335 Slash's Appetite For Destruction Les Paul Sir Paul McCartney's Hofner Violin Bass Noel Gallagher's Union Jack Epiphone Sheraton Gene Simmons' Cort Axe Bass Johnny Ramone's Mosrite Ventures Glenn Tipton's Hamer GT (the pointy one used in the Painkiller Music Video) Michael Angelo Batio's quadruple neck Dean John Lennon's Epiphone Casino Peter Green's Gibson Les Paul Steve Vai's Ibanez "Evo" JEM The Edge's Gibson Explorer Brian Setzer's Gretsch G6120 Vernon Reid's "Cult 86" ESP Buddy Guy's Polka Dot Stratocaster Marty Friedman's Jackson Kelly George Harrison's "Rocky" Stratocaster and that's about all i've got
Nice, if I could throw in some suggestions as well I’ll also include Daron Malakian’s Ibanez Iceman, Billy Gibbons’ “Pearly Gates” Les Paul, Matt Bellamy’s Manson guitars, Cliff Burton’s Rickenbacker and Alex Lifeson’s white ES-355
Just to add a few obscure ones (kind of): Buck Dharma's cheese-themed Steinberger ("The Cheeseburger"), Trey Anastasio's Ibanez hollow body, Stu MacKenzie's Microtonal Banana

@@MaXaNoMaLoUs AH CRAP, how'd I miss that? Oh well, I just fixed 😂and yeah Bruce's Tele (which is actually an Esquire with a neck pickup added) could pass for Keith's... except Bruce's guitar has a single coil, not a humbucker like Keith's. Just had to share that detail!
@@owen0566 I just don't know about that... Ozzy said at some point that Randy was interested in pursuing some classical training, so Randy would have been the next Al Di Meola...
Ironically, that was the thing that came closest to throwing me off. But at the end I thought Brian May, and then said to myself "oh yeah, that says Brian May then". Not sure if it's a replica or if that signature was added later, or what...

@@poperaisin From the tuners you can tell it's a vintage strat, 50s to 60s. The famous strat that this can be compared to is Eric Clapton's Brownie but that one has aged a little bit meanwhile Buddy's still looks good from a probable lack of use since the 50s. Buddy Holly is also probably the most famous person to grace the stage with a 50s sunburst Fender Stratocaster so that would give it away.
Metallideth idk, I still feel like it’s kinda unfair. A lot of ppl use old strats. The rest of the guitars on here have distinct features except for Buddy Holly’s. I wouldn’t blame anyone for not being able to guess who’s it is
I love how Jared dines is like the king of music in RU-vid but everyone else that just watches Memes just thinks he’s one of those random RU-vidrs But every single music RU-vidr knows him
That might be a guitar that Jimi burned, but it's not from Monterey. It was painted with flowers and whatever, and he smashed it and threw parts of the neck to the audience. Plus it had a body painted red to white. I know he did burn more than one guitar though, so l don't doubt it's not authentic. www.feelnumb.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/hendrixatmonterey.gif
