I tried this recipe twice. I like the cake a lot but I’m having problems with the chocolate stuck in the mold. I tried tapping it but it didn’t work so I end up with broken madeleines and chocolate shells. I was able to get 2 whole madeleines but I still need to use a spatula. the rest are broken. I use 2 brands already. I never had a problem with the other madeleine mold but this shell type was really hard to remove. What is it that I did wrong?
