It's coremo and am work for the cafe in country side (Japan).
Treat my night with homemade sweets and drinks on the day before my day-off.
I made a Matcha(Green tea) jelly tonight!
very jiggly Japanese mochi style jelly with potato starch!
Just mix all ingredients and boil.
It's soft, smooth, chewy but rich milky green tea flavors!

40g Kuzu/arrowroot Powder(Potato or corn starch also good)
2 1/2Tsp (15g) Green tea powder
80g Sugar
a pinch of salt
500ml Milk
