Matchbox Advent Calendar Tutorial // 25 Days Of Craftsmas 

I love doing the 12 days of Christmas for all of my grandkids. This is perfect.

Hi, Sabrina Ann, wonderful tutorial. I really like the project. What's the paper collection - very cute! I do have one thing to point out, though. This isn't really an "advent" box. Advent runs from December 1 to December 25, anticipating the celebration of the birth of Christ. The Twelve Days of Christmas start on December 25, and go to Epiphany, on January 6. (I know, I'm a pain - I'm a history buff, and have studied this stuff and even worse - and probably weirder - is that i love these kinds of details. Please don't take offense - none is intended.) The project really is adorable. I'm already considering ways to make it a birthday box for my grandsons - a box for each year, especially the older one, who will be, providentially enough, 12 next summer! (But that means 12 gifts...)
