This year will be the 20th anniversary of the 09/11/01 attacks. To remember the heroes and loved ones we lost during that tragic day and to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice, I make this special episode of the matchbox supreme heroes stop motion to commemorate that tragedy. And make sure we never forget. More than 3000 frames / video tapes and 3 weeks of hard work (filming, video montage) were nessessary for the making of the video!
PLEASE NOTE : This video is for entertainment only and to commemorate the events of 9/11/01. I do not own any of the audio content in this video! was taken from 9/11 videos footage and from the FDNY radio chatter release after the attacks...

I’m now inspired. I’ve always been into Matchbox cars and mainly emergency vehicles and skyscrapers. This is a perfect tribute to 9/11.

Even though it's a stop motion, I can just emagine what those first responders were thinking when they headed toward the blazing towers as they knew most of them were not coming home that night. RIP to those who lost there lives on 9/11 and those who's lives where never going to be the same after.

This is exactly like what happened to the real World Trade Center in New York City 22 years ago. But it's not just the twin towers that got hit by a hijacked plane, the Pentagon in Washington DC got hit by a hijacked plane and the fourth hijacked plane crashed landed in a field in Stony Creek Township, Pennsylvania, which is not too far from the Diamond T. Coal Mine. A total of 5,973 people died from the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks which makes it the deadliest terrorists attack in American history.
