I'm over here still in unbelief that some political protesters were able to shut down Matisyahus concert here in NM. He's my favorite artist, my husband and I drove and hour to see him only to drive away heartbroken, mostly for him. And the world.
hate comes in many forms n twords people you thought had perhaps gotten pass the past.... another reason to be responsible for your own actions sooo you can be there to have a conversation with someone who may not have been taught better.... across the street we can find those looking for LoVe n peace not hate n violence!!! many of us were also saddened he wasn't going to play that eve.... it's 2024 how many steps backwards were taken but I'll tell you this also brought some of us back in spirit n in number!!... strengthening our eternal bond to G-D n our eternal bond to one-another.... sooo from darkness there's light n round we go.... (thought you'd appreciate my last sentence) be well.... ❤️🎶❤️
Benzie Smith There’s no need for hatred like this. Don’t be so ignorant to generalize him in the history of wrong doing of a church body. Much love to you Pablo. And you too Benzie. I pray God spreads a little more love through you.
this guy needs more acknowledgment. he's the best and the vibes are universal. he's becoming more and more iconic to me. God bless you and your music! I'm touched.
This is so beautiful. We just saw him in Long Island. Laivy is dropping his first album and Shalom sang Mama Please Don’t Worry with papa so beautifully. Such a beautiful man and family.
I'm a Christian.. There are other believers on here of different "religions". The truth of God transcends all religions and ALL of us feel that in this music. Matisyahu is an instrument and he is fine with that. He sings to inspire us all to be instruments of God as well and nothing less. Thank you Matisyahu for your obedience. How happy He must be through you.
@DaOne Roz because I never cease to be amazed at how stupid the people are who, in the 21st century, continue to believe in the gods of Olympus and that bullshit
Such a wonderful, spiritual artist. His journey is fascinating and through it all his connection to spirituality is the guiding force. Beautiful to see the deep bonds he shares with his kids. May he live a long and blessed life!
I watched him go from a spiritual Jew to spirit completely. Raised my kids since babies on your music. They are almost adults and we are still lessoning. Thank you for all the love. God bless!
That is incredible to say, “from Jew to Spirit completely.” We watched him play at an amazingly intimate venue tonight. His oldest son sang with him, it seemed for the firsts times, if not first time. So moving. I shall strive to mentor my own children and pass along skills and talents as well.
From the moment I first heard him sing King Without a Crown I knew this man was one-of-a-kind his music is transcendent and very spiritual his message is well heard through his words
one of the most amzing sweet vids i know of i have folloed matisyahu since he was young it so wonderful to see him grey .. he is more beautiful than ever and his beautiful sons.. YHSHUA RULES!
Brings such joy to see a wonderful man praising in joy for our Lord with his sons who also have beautiful, captivating voices!!!! Tickles my soul!!!! Much love Matis and sons🙏🏼🙌🏼
I've been blown away with everything I've see of this man. Only just learned of him on an incredible on the Mayim Bialik podcast. Now it's topped off by seeing the incredible connection he has with his kids and his kids with him as well. I'll be taking in a lot of his videos for the next days! ! ! Great performer - but an even better example of a human being.
I’m so lost….. when I listen to him I quickly find my way Back in humanity. Heart heavy looking into my family thinking of repentance and forgiveness of myself. His music has allways stirred up faith in myself for what I’m really worth. Love to tell him thanks.
Don't let it faze ya No way, you're An astronaut in your spaceship Who's got walking to the moon In your spacesuit with your laser Touching darkness like Darth Vader With the strength of your creator Angels all around ya Surround ya with good nature You got light Yeah, you got light so bright It can slice through the equator Ancient fathers before you To continue their adventure 'Cuz the lower you get Helps you understand your neighbour 'Till you shred through all these layers And after that When you've cut this world in half And you move into your prayer You're a knight in shining armour With the kingdom at your back You're no stranger Your despair, ya Gives you power That's a fact When you climb these lonely towers And you found your way back Will you carry me? Will you carry me? Through the desert sun Through the desert sun Will you carry me? Will you carry me? Through the desert sun Through the desert sun Run for the rhythm And the timing's right When you're lost at sea Can't find your light When the night goes on And your song won't sing And the chest is tight And the bells won't ring Look up to the stars And know you're one of them Shining in the darkness To all the children Remind them of a day When the clouds will go away And the sun will shine our way When one day will be today And the king will find his crown And the light will be put down To his kingdom on the ground You've been searching all around Now you've found Raise me up into your town Dancing all around Raise me up into your town Dancing all around Will you carry me? Will you carry me? Through the desert sun Through the desert sun Will you carry me? Will you carry me? Through the desert sun Through the desert sun Will you carry me? Will you carry me? Through the desert sun Through the desert sun Will you carry me? Will you carry me? Through the desert sun Through the desert sun
This is dope the bigger one dropped out of school and is singing and touring with dad now he writes all his own songs too. Hes not Raggee ot Hip-hop like dad and being a 46 Year old from NYC I have been a major Hip hop head since 86 so im not really into his sons style but its dope to see the brother finally happy and rocking out with his boy He brought him to an interview this year here on the tube I watched it a few days ago and saw it for the first time.
Matisyahu has slowly but surely become one of my favorite artist. I saw him with 311 in Jacksonville about 13 years ago and I can't wait to see him in Cocoa Bch for my wife and I's 10 year anniversary.
My 7yo son is wondering if the boys will be touring with you this Summer 😁 He thinks "they're pretty cool and have great talent." Mom agrees! Good job boys!
