He said he done seen or heard about a lot of things happening in his playing days. Those are the things he knew about. Executive sleep with staffers all the time, coaches sleep with staffers all the time. Even owners sleep with staffers. The thing is it doesn’t always get publicized when it uncovered in some organizations and that is what Stephen A Smith was trying to explain to Malika Anderson. This is very common in all sports. Not every team has a policy like Boston. If you pay attention to who punished him, it wasn’t the NBA It was Boston. Therefore it let you know that it was a team rule. Brad Stevens also said he broke a team rule. If it was a league rule the league would have conducted the investigation and punished him. Again this is not a rule that applies to every NBA team. The company suspending him for a year is for good reason if you can read between the lines but perhaps people won't get it until everything comes out.
