This song was conceived and written across several years, on treadmills and elliptical trainers, and I'm beyond excited to finally share it with you! It's a camp and cheeky celebration of hot men and sexy physiques…meets existential meltdown in the gym! 😂 Fun and serious, joyful and conflicted, I wanted the music to take you on a wild ride through all the contradictory emotions conveyed in the lyrics - with some screaming sax and a 50-second guitar solo thrown in for good measure, of course! I spent many weeks and late nights making this epic video and it was a lot of fun editing together all the footage (for obvious reasons! 😜) I'm very proud of this piece, and now it belongs to you.
