Yeah, Brock Purdy is one player on the team I'm NOT worried about. If we go to the SB and lose again this year it won't be because of Brock Purdy, like last years SB loss was not because of him. He's already proven to be an elite QB - his accuracy, his vision, his defensive reads and quick progressions, his anticipation and trust, his touch, his coolness under pressure, his hustle and scrambles, etc., etc. There are a number of other things that threaten this season other than Purdy. The team needs to pull up the defensive and special teams execution and stop dropping the balls.
Reid didn't win with all the other 20+ qbs he had before mahommes. Don't forget he was a head coach for 20 years before he won a SB. It's want until her got mahommes.
