5 things you'll almost always see in a Matt Mask match: 1) Beating on the table 2) WHERE'S MY KNUCKLE?!?! 3) Complaining about the grip/setup 4) Swearing 5) Losing the match
5 more Things that are more positive than your list 1 a entertaining Match!!! 2 Heart and soule Put on the Tablet 3 a Legend .... No Matter how often He will lose 4 unclear Matches that can surprise you 5 good sportsmamship....
the humerus density of a seasoned high level armwresler is much, much higher than any amateur, since that bone is always getting some stimulus, which makes its density going higher (and this process is even increased with the higher peds usage that is needed at this level). a break can happen, but its much rarer (the last break at high level that I remember was that russian or ukranian dude at the now deceased pal tournament, he was a high level armwresler, but very young, so not enough time for the bone to get as dense as a veteran like matt)
Also the commentary stated they were same height? Matt's obviously taller and stats say by 7cm. That's hard to belive as they stated also he looked 1ft shorter on the setup.
@@JesusIsLord7773 Lol Paul Linn got listed as having something like 15" inch biceps and like 75kg one time! xD Some kind of massive error. It's happened a lot with these events! Clearly it's the stats getting mixed up with other athletes numbers, but idk how it happens so much.
@@JesusIsLord7773You’re just assuming it’s on purpose. We should let Engin confirm that. I don’t see why they would purposely make such errors when they’re trying to grow the sport with these high quality events
I remember when people said this to be a mismatch and Matt would have destroyed the "unknown" puller easily. Good times. More famous doesn't always mean stronger...
@@yofukashidayoyep, Most people joined armwrestling in Corona time cause of the lockdown. Wal Times are before that + Franks Matches arent that good selling.
@@salottin it just seems like he needs to learn to be more tactical.. Neil and Ray explaining the things he needs to do differently says to me maybe he needs more time practicing different styles, grips, and/or setups. He says in the post interview "who knew i had a flop wrist press?" if he would learn and master different things i think he could make a comeback.
I don't get it. Forearms are harder to grow than the arms chest and back. Yet Matt's hand and forearm are huge, and he never comes back with any improvements anywhere else. Never seen his bicep measurements over 16.5". Been saying it for years, he needs to bulk up the rest of his body to match that forearm. Can't win at this level with just a mutant hand on a skinny arm. I always cheer for him anyway though..
@@dereksteele2284 Are you kidding me? Devons biceps are over 18 inches compared to Matt's 16.5. That's a massive difference! Devon has way more muscle than Matt! Look at his neck, back, and traps in comparison too. Matt doesn't have any of that.
@@pkmChris and if the upper arm bone doesn't give in the elbow joint takes brutal beating as well. Mask talked about not being able to bend his arm for weeks before. Wonder what this did to his arm? 😬
18:25 Lamparelli says, "stanno troppo dalla sua", which means "they (the referees)are on his side too much." Just to add a little of context, it doesn't really matter.
Devon, Travis, MMT are WAYYYY more entertaining. Unequivocally. Although I don’t dislike Matt, he’s all bark, no bite. He’s more of a pro-am guy. Cant really hang with the pros these last few years. Shame.
Despite both being losses for the canadian, Mask vs Kalinichenko and Mask vs Lamparelli have been two of the best matches of the year. Most entertaining armwrestler by a mile.
I am very proud of you,Frank. You deserve all the honours. Now you have not any excuse. Improve your training accuracy and I believe you are climbing the summit soon.
Guys stop talking shit about Matt… It’s true he is loosing many matches but he lost against some very high level opponents. Frank has one of the strongest hand in the world and Matt gave him a close match meaning he is not far from the top level of his weight class. Matt is crazy during matches but he is very kind and humble as a person. I was lucky this summer to travel in Canada and had the chance to join Matt Mask club in his hometown for a few times. He was super cool and considered me as a friend. He gave me many arm wrestling tips without asking money.
I watched this video hoping for Matt to win, but is like he is doomed with a curse i don't know. At least he gave a good match. I think Devon should put on a really serious training on Matt Mask, because I think the guy has potential but maybe is his wrist the problem.
Viva l'arm wrestling sempre!!💪💪
I love how everyone downplays just how dominant Frank was in this match. Matt got lucky for those fouls… Frank is an outstanding athlete and deserves so much more attention than he gets.
Blatant elbow fouls is lucky? Smart fouls to take on Frank's part to blast Matt while bringing his elbow off the pad even if it gave Matt a point. Did a lot of damage to Matt, no luck involved.
Win or lose I always love the energy of Matt. Great match. Great contrast of personalities. Frank giving us calm and patient and the Wild Horse wild style. Great stuff.
When was the last time Matt won a high level match... Devon his #1 fan still has never given up on Matt but he's definitely demoted to Minor leagues in the world stage.
Great match. Never seen Lamparelli pull before. Great athlete. He's like a more handsome, more charismatic and taller version of Todd Hutchings. Significantly lighter than most of his opponents but very strong, smart and very technically versed.
