I originally loaded the wadcutters for a bullseye competition out of a 6" .357 mag but I was impressed by their performance out of the snub nose I had always thought they would just have a cookie cuter wound path ...
@@oso4586 I do not reload any longer. (I gave all my stuff to my son) I found the Fiocchi wadcutters for $33 per box of 50. (.66 per round) - They are a relatively cheap solution for a small .38 I also like the Critical Defense Lite but they are a lot more expensive at $1.16 per round, plus they are not as accurate. What is the cost to reload a box of 50 wadcutters nowadays? (assuming you have the brass already)
Thanks for your view and comments. I've had these bullets loaded for a long time. Original loaded them for accuracy out of a 6" bbl .357 I used them for a bullseye competition I know I used power pistol just not sure of the charge weight
Interesting. Wadcutters normaly have 138gr. They are a good low recoil self defense option. Better than some standard pressure rn and hollow points also often dont expand from snubnose revolvers. Here the wide flat tip is a benufit over these.
