The topic of taking football way too seriously hits home, because people in my family are still hung up on the world cup of 1994. It's one reason why this song is hilarious. The other one is the historical references, and I have a degree in history. And my apologies and my deepest respect for all Italians, I know this is a very tragic topic for you. As others have flooded the comments with excellent suggestions already, I will recommend the song that my favourite symphonic metal band Apocalyptica did with Joakim, if you don't know it. It's called Live or Die, there's an official video of it. It's kind of Sabaton-y, I guess that's because of Joakim.

So fitting that they used Joakim for this song. Many people are so serious with their sports that a match between two countries can easily be compared to a kind of war/battle. They adapt their musical style to the guest vocalist (if there is one). Hard to believe that they are "only" hobby musicians.

That was great🤘🔥🤘 I can understand the timid request as I have seen dozens of American reactors puzzled, and just not "getting it". I know almost nothing about football or FIFA but I laugh everytime I see this video. It is so brilliant how they matched the music and balanced the war and football visuals in such a perfect Sabaton style. Timing was excellent and the entire song amazing even without the dozens of jokes I've heard about but totally missed. Glad to hear that you are a Sabaton addict. I had wondered about the absence from your channel. My favorite Sabaton is The Winged Hussars. Cheers me us whenever I am down. This is also one of my favorite NanowaR of Steel songs too. I also like the heavier Polenta one even though I miss a lot of the jokes. Uranus (an old joke deserves a song) with Michael Starr is pretty fun too. Armpits of the Imortals and the Toothfairy one. You made a great reaction. Loved it. When you will make your research I am sure you will be amazed. Historically speaking the song recap every detail of the game, and the video also is full of details (like the same ball used in that game or a lot of frames taken in both the style of Christmas Truce and the game itself). In a lot of interviews they declared this one their most serious song. I was really happy to see again this video through your eyes. Next one I believe will be Armpits of immortals featuring Ross the Boss (Manowar).

The song does tell the story fairly well though in a comedic style You have to remember that Italians are passionate about football (soccer) and as Winston Churchill said: "Italians lose wars as if they were football matches, and football matches as if they were wars" I think NanowaR of Steel met Sabaton at the Sabaton festival in Sweden and came up with the idea then. There are layers and layers of jokes and I, a non-Italian, don't get like the name of the journalist who was Maurizio Mosca in reality was changed to Maurizio Kyiv because of the invasion of Ukraine etc. (Mosca means "fly" as in the insect)

I really like this song ..both bands are really fun (Sabaton more behind scenes and in private perhaps)..but you said you’re a massive Sabaton fan and you don’t react to anything because you already listen to all ..but anything related is of intrest ..I tried to check if you reacted to anything from one of there guitarists: Tommy Johansson ..but perhaps you have listen to that outside reactions too ..if not you should really check him and his band Majestic/Reinxeed out (and if this is the case ..keep on reading ..otherwise ..stop here😁 ) He is a down to earth guy (of course since he is from Sabaton) and with the same joavial vibe you have ..big lover of the 80th and power metal He does covers on his channel on YT perhaps his Disneyton songs is up your ally. He takes Sabaton lyrics and sing them to Disney songs (suggestion Seven pillars of wisdom or Swedish pagans) ....or perhaps the power metal versions of Basket Case from Green day or Antihero from Taylor Swift ...or the more classic metal songs Aces high from Iron Maiden or Headless cross from Black Sabbath. I like his classic 80th rock like Ill never let you go, 18 and a life or Alone Majestica/Reinxeed is pure power metal (and Tommy is the songwriter/composer in this band ..he founded reinxeed at 15 years of age and he has put out 8 studio albums under these names.. Majestica is working on new material as we speak ..the latest album came out in 2020) Majesticas “Above the sky album” is stellar , suggestion title song “Above the sky” official music video or “Rising tide” with lyric video is a good start Reinxeed has made a speed/Power metal album based on the sinking of the titanic called 1912 (but the album order is wrong because the record label changed it without the band knowing ..so just ask for a better order (no official right order exit so you can only get guesses ..but still better than what son the album): t error has begun, we must go faster from this album has videos music videos other suggestions: guitar hero. Tommy has also been the singer in Sympony of tradegy and Memories of old (the zeramine game) and was guitarist and co-vocal in Golden resurrection (that band had the same lead singer as Narnia)

As I saw this video first time I had to laugh and laugh and laugh... no different I saw it again now. 😂 The football game was the final of the World Cup 1994 in Pasadena (near Los Angeles), it was Italy vs. Brazil. Brazil wins after Penalty shootout. Nanowar of Steel are Italians, and for Italy of course it was a tragidy. Well, that's one of the pecularities of the Old World (and Latin America)... Football is *serious* business...😂 Not that I care (I was once told that I'd lack patriotism because I didn't care about the national team... I went ahead and killed any mood by stating that I won't be accused by a person who can't tell the Holy Roman Empire from the Roman... 😅).
