•Used blue moon beer. Thick cut apple wood smoked bacon to make the “lardon”. •Grilled pork chops •pork chops topped with braised cabbage , on top of a thin layer of the Rutabaga mash. Love your inspirations Matty. Your braised cabbage is a revelation!!!!
